Kempton 2.20 Flagrant Delitiep 18/1 ew 4 places 
Has had a spin over hurdles over an inadequate trip first time out, so hopefully that’s got him right for this . Also his last chase run was also over a distance that stretched his stamina . Back over 2.4m now which is his trip. Last run over this trip produced an RPR of 143, and he runs off 132 tomorrow. That was on soft ground which he has a good record on. By race time he should get his soft going with predicted rain. Another thing he has a good record at Wincanton which is not too dissimilar to Kempton.  Dorking lad also rates high with him, but is only 6/1. I think at 18/1 he’s overpriced .  2.50 points ew

2.25 Haydock Botox Has 11/1 Tough race with some stepping up in trip but selection has the class and has a decent claimer on board to lighten the load. Money back if 2nd 3rd 4th 

3.35 Haydock Lord Du Mensil 4/1 can’t get away from him in this. Some others of big interest , but he ran really well last time out, on a winning mark, and is usually a 150+ horse at Haydock in the mud . Needs to get into a rhythm though. 
 
3.15 Ascot Amoola Gold 28/1 ew 4 places. You need to pretty much ignore his last 3 runs , although he may come on for his reappearance run lto, he did run poorly though and he’s much better than that. Runs off 140 at a course he normally goes well at. At that price and with his form he’s an ew bet. If he fails to show here today I won’t think about  backing him again unless he goes down in class .

The second race at Ascot is a fascinating Novices Handicap Chase. I'm a massive Paul Nicholls fan but fancy one against Solo in this. Ollie Murphys Thunder Rock looks a chaser to follow in the making judging by the way he won on his Chase debut at Uttoxeter last time out. The runner up, Brief Times came out and won another Class 3 easily, a small field but he couldnt have done any more than win by 27 lengths. I think Thunder Rocks success was in a stronger race than that won by Solo, so Thunder Rock it is, currently around 3.4 on the Exchanges......3.4 was nice to get Won comfortably ?
Over the water in the 7.00 Dundalk, Marsa is building up a decent record on the all weather surface at Dundalk, one second and three handicap wins from five runs to date, the one failure was when given a poor ride by a claimer in her second maiden race. Currently 8/1 at the bookies and around the 11 mark on the exchanges. Its a competitive big field handicap of 17 runners and pays four places so its win and place with a saver on a stable switcher that is Hot Rocket....... Won 8/1.....
