More Bet 365

Had my 365 account for at least 2 years, £10 max stake, lots of small bets and have only deposited once and in profit to around £300. Got an email this morning telling me I'm no longer eligible for any offers or promotions. Can't even see the 'team wins if 2 up' on any games anymore which helped me win a bet last night with Forest. 

Have they got a reputation for being this bad with customers who don't lose overall?

Morning @bobsyerunkle, I'm afraid that's the way they work (and not just them I'm afraid). It seems you're not allowed to win anymore! Take it as a badge of honour and open up an account with another bookie I say.

BET365 used to be very good but they now seem to be as bad as the rest of them.

The salary of the boss has fallen from £400m to £300m so they need to do something to recoup the £100m back !

As @The Brigadier suggests, take it as a sign of success and open other accounts, there are plenty out there with good offers, I have just opened an account with BETMGM and they have been excellent with plenty of offers, I have made over £1,200 without any restrictions. Alternatively use the exchanges.

I had the same email yesterday after being with Bet365 for well over 5 years

I have made several withdrawals over the years some good ones as well

This is the  first time ever that in a 12 month period I am in minus money  -£28.00

Coincidentally I also won a small amount on the Forest match but I had 2 bets on (both bet builders) 9/4 Forest one and 3/1 Bristol City one

I cashed out on the city one when above my original stake and won on the Forest one

I played the "Goals for Cash" free game and have done well on that (even though It was completely pot luck) I had a £9.50 and a couple of £8.00 and many small ones  and then used the bet credits 0.10p at a time to bet on their own bet boosts on high odds also winning on occasions

I seems that Bet365 don't want winners albeit small ones like me I think it's a bit petty of them if that is the reason

I have emailed them for an explanation and their reply was to Refer to their Terms and Conditions

Don't get me started! 

Closure really bit today, my fellow anytime backer has just landed 10/3 and 15/2 winners in the German B2 games, along with an 11/5 shot with PP (where my max stake on football is zero). 3 really good winners missed and no exchange market to try and get an acceptable price.

Illustrates the point that they're happy to stick to a silly pricing approach that throws up extreme prices at times and just limit or chop anyone who exploits it rather than try and price better (or use the odds providers most other firms use). I'd rather they offered less out of line pricing but accepted a bet but no, that would come perilously close to being a bookmaker!

Tbh I enjoyed using 365, hardly ever missed a day on the goals for cash winning some decent free bets. Got more free bets by staking £10  on Liverpool/Newcastle and last weekends City game, getting £35.. All gone now although I checked earlier and my fantasy footy is still active and currently in the money places so will continue with that.. I withdrew my cash and am using my bet credits now, gonna try and change them to cash. Started with a 50p bet on Hull last night at 10/3 😆
