Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th Derby County - Bolton Wonderers. The 18-goal striker served a one-match suspension as the Rams suffered a surprise 1-0 home defeat at the hands of struggling Millwall at the weekend. Wanderers have scored nine goals in their last two games and only fatigue is likely to force Freedman to alter his plans.Top scorer Jermaine Beckford is back in full training following a hamstring injury but was not on the bench at the weekend in the 5-1 demolition of Leeds while midfielder Chris Eagles has an eye problem and could miss out. Over 2,5 I suppose.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th M'Boro - Nottm Forrest. Defenders Seb Hines (thigh), Rhys Williams (Achilles) and Daniel Ayala (ankle) complete a lengthy list of absentees for the Boro boss as he goes in search of a second home win in three days. Nottingham Forest's injury problems show little sign of easing ahead of the trip to Teesside.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th Derby - Bolton. Derby will have leading scorer Chris Martin back in their ranks for the visit of Bolton. Wanderers have scored nine goals in their last two games and only fatigue is likely to force Freedman to alter his plans. Top scorer Jermaine Beckford is back in full training following a hamstring injury but was not on the bench at the weekend in the 5-1 demolition of Leeds while midfielder Chris Eagles has an eye problem and could miss out. It's a good marker for over 2,5 I suppose.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th Blackpool - Millwall. All of Blackpool's squad trained on Monday, although a return for attacking midfielder Tom Barkhuizen, who recently broke his collarbone, is still a couple of weeks away. Saturday's surprise 1-0 win at Derby came at a cost with DJ Campbell, Danny Shittu, Scott Malone, Shane Lowry and David Forde all picking up knocks. Striker Campbell's hamstring injury will keep him out while defender Shittu also looks set to be sidelined for a couple of weeks with a groin problem. Defensive duo Malone (leg) and Lowry (foot) are major doubts while goalkeeper Forde (finger) will be assessed. Striker Jermaine Easter remains sidelined with a thigh injury. Very good chan?es for B'pool!

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th

Hi all :). What about Derby - Bolton? Middlesbrough - forest? Any suggests?
Freedman has changed the team shape in the last few games and it's working brilliantly. Jutkiewicz has been a class act since coming on loan from Middleborough. Not seen a guy hold up the ball so well and bring others in to play since Kevin Davies. Joe Mason is benefiting from this with his very intelligent quick movement. Medo and spearing have worked well to protect the back four allowing Mark Davies and Moritz to give us that extra edge. That's why we have scored 11 and only conceded 1 in the last 3. Jermaine Beckford is fit now so not sure if he will even get in the team tonight. Derby are a good free flowing team and after losing to Millwall on Saturday they will want to put things right tonight.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th Interesting match in Barnsley. Here's some stuff you might not know: Barnsley have been a large home dog four times, getting one draw (Reading) and losing to Watford, Derby and Wigan. In all of those matches, odds were about 4.0...amazingly, for all their troubles this season, Barnsley haven't been a huge home dog...until today (5.4). Leicester are the class of the league, 13-3-1 home and 10-2-4 on away. But also amazingly, they have only been an away favorite of under 2.0 five times, going 3-0-2 (they lost at Doncaster and Sheff Wed). Now here's an amazing stat: In Championship this season, there have been eight matches (this one's the ninth) where the home side are getting better than 4.5. The home side have won five of those (Doncaster three, Sheff Wed and Yeovil). Barnsley are 1-3-2 against current top-10 sides...four of their last six home matches are against top-10 sides. Four of Leicester's remaining away matches are at top-10 sides, and there is a decent chance this will be their last match as large away favorites. Barnsley played Leicester very tough in the first match...Leicester won at home 2-1, but the shots and corners were nearly even. I'm not sure I understand why the odds are so high on Barnsley here, given their run of 3-2-0 at home. I would imagine the odds will tighten before kickoff...haven't decided whether or not to back the home side.

Have taken Barnsley to draw @ 4.1 (5dimes). In my five-plus-year database of big dogs, weekday matches have had a very consistently high percentage of draws...30% this season, 35%, 43%, 40% the previous three seasons.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th Any thoughts on Wigan tonight? They should be on fire right now after elimianting Manchster City. They are on their way back to Wembley. They played on 8th so fatigue maybe a factor here.Sheffield Wednesday are on a kind of bad run.It is midweek after all and i am a bit cautious about getting involved.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th Blackburn v Bournemouth I think there's some value in backing Bournemouth at current odds of 3.5. My stats show they have been playing better than Blackburn recently and their odds should be a bit shorter than they are. Bournemouth +0.25 1.98 sbobet

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th Wigan v Sheff Wednesday Wigan are on fire at the moment in the league and cup. But I think Wednesday are some value here at odds of over 6.0. Although Wigan won 3-0 in the reverse fixture recently, these results have a habit of reversing themselves. Wednesday's shots on target stats for recent league games are slightly better than Wigan's, against similarly-ranked opponents. Wednesday +0.75 2.05 sbobet

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th Charlton vs Huddersfield For those who are not particularly closely following the Championship will tell the story of Charlton. Athletic 2 years ago withdrew from the League 1 , sensationally left without the necessary finance, without proper selection of players , but Chris Powell made ??almost impossible. In the first season in the Championship team won high 9th place , but in this championship all badly. Charlton is the last 24th place , behind the saving line on 4 points , but there are 4 meetings left, but they still need to win. Winter team bought Belgian billionaire Roland Duchatelet, which also owns Standard Liege. Immediately the team went on the transfer market , were bought goalkeeper Yohann Thuram-Ulien, defender Loic Nego, midfielders Astrit Ajdarevic and Anil Koc, forwards Reza Ghoochanneijhad and Piotr Parzyszek, they all somehow related to standards , it has a new owner brought his spending a lot of money , but Chris Powell did not find use for them in their schemes , such as the FA Cup match against Sheffield on Sunday , all the newcomers were left out, enraging the owner who decided to part with the coach , inviting to this post a trusted person in Jose Riga , which came with Standard Liege to 1/8 of the Europa League. Begins a new era for the team , maybe 1-2 season we will see Athletic in the Premier League , well, now just do not believe the will fly , the team have to be saved. Charlton recent 4 home games lost only 1, with 2 wins and 1 draw. As for the composition , out defenders Leon Cort (2 games) and Chris Solly (7 games). Huddersfield, which , in fact, was nothing wrong. Team 14 points off the relegation zone , and to the playoffs 9 points, plus 2 more games , that is potentially the playoffs. Team plays quite unstable if at home somehow struggling , then check out the away results : 5 defeats in the last 6 meetings. As regards the composition , today will not play top scorer James Vaughan (20 games , 10 goals), who is injured , plus key central defender Joel Lynch (26 games , 2 goals) also out of the game. In general , the first match under new coach is always carried powerfully benefit to many players, a misunderstanding of speech should not be, players will try not to disappoint an old friend, and sometimes motivation plays a key role. Be that as it may , I do not see Charlton as the losing team today, so there is a reason to try odds (0) for a good bet. Charlton (0) at 1.98 SBOBET

Re: Sky Bet Championship > March 11th & 12th Wigan - Owls - I'm on unders for this one. My calculations show there to be around 60% probability for fewer than 2.5 goals in this match. Both teams are fairly good defensively and don't score alot either. Sheffield have played unders 4 of their last 5 matches. 1.76 with Pinnacle.

I think that game against City would have taken plenty out of them and I expect a letdown tonight. Wigan have only given up 1 goal in 5 home games, and Sheffield Weds have been under in 9 straight away games. A low scoring game in store. Going under 2.5 goals at odds of 1.75 bet365 for 3 units
