Always creates plenty of chances, up here against Oldham placed 18th with weak form, injuries. Have not won against Coventry in the league in 22 years. Must be a good chance here again for Coventry who looks really good at the moment.

Walsall have done well this season so far, but we think they have over performed. They have only scored 23 goals in 22 matches, and they lack consistency. Walsall also lost away their last game to weak Bristol City after a unconvincing performance. Gillingham has a chance to surprise here. 3,75 represents value. Many others around 3,20 which is more accurate.

Preston showing good form, and their already good squad is here boosted by the return of offensive duo Gardner & Davies. Shrewsbury nothing extra, lost their last game at home to weak Tranmere 1-0. Preston has been very consistent this season, and are a clear promotion contender in our eyes. Preston is actually better away then at home, brilliant 11-7-3-1 away is good stats in this tough league. We think Preston will continue to build on their great form.

I don't know of any real injury concerns for Oldham? They have also been playing pretty well recently. Not sure where u get your info?

Whilst that is partly true, 2 of those players have been injured for some time. I'm don't think that is a good source of info. If your looking for a team in good form with no injuries look no further than COLCHESTER to beat Crewe. SHEFF U are also improving and should beat Tranmere.

Oldham are team from bottom half of the table, playing unconvincingly away from home nad have with some injuries. Coventry are the most result team in League 1 with 88 goals in 22 games( 4 per game). In Oldham 11 away games there are 35 goals (3 pre game). I think this will be another Coventry victory with goals galore. Tip: Coventry & over 2,5 goals Odds: 2.75 bet365 Stake: 4/10

The form book should favour Latics, who go into the game with just a solitary defeat at the hands of Brentford in their last seven away outings in all competitions. Although Coventry have never lost to Athletic at home, they have won just twice in their last five home games. Lee Johnson’s men will look to change that but injuries are still a problem for the Latics. Danny Philliskirk is still a doubt after getting a knock last weekend against Colchester, while James Wesolowski continues his recovery from a head injury sustained in the FA Cup victory at Mansfield last week. James Dayton is yet to make a comeback from an ankle problem and Charlie MacDonald and Edijs Joksts are still suffering from thigh and back injuries respectively. Re: Sky Bet League 1 > Sunday December 29th Coventry - Oldham Of course you can put Over (2.5) for every home match Coventry , the team plays very effectively, with an average of 4.59 goals hammered (2.42-2.17) and played 10 of 12 games in this season of Over (2.5) , but today rival quite effective. Coventry played Over (2.5) the last 8 home games in Ligue 1. Oldham missed at least one goal in 19 of 21 games this season. Oldham scored at least a goal in 9 of their last 11 meetings. In general , here a lot of "painting" is not necessary, Coventry able to break through this total alone, but help from the guests we also expect. Feel free to take a bet on the total Over 2.5 priced 1.75 with Unibet

Sheffield Utd v Tranmere The two sides are next to each other near the bottom of the table and both are struggling for consistent form. I think Tranmere are too long at nearly 6.0 Tranmere +0.5 2.32 Pinnacle
Result: Sheffield Utd 3 Tranmere 1 Bet lost Sheffield seem to have dominated the game going by the BBC match report.
