Re: La Liga > Oct 27-29 LEVANTE vs GRANADA bet 365 offering even money for Levante to beat Granada. Levante are an excellent home team winning 6 of 8 games. 1 Draw against a terrific A Madrid team , and a close 1-2 loss against Barcelona (no disgrace). Odds and probability for home win are great !!! Neil.

Re: La Liga > Oct 27-29 Valladolid vs. R Sociedad I just don't get these odds . This season sociedad played 4 lost 4 away. Sociedad have not won a game in their last 13 away games. Bet365 give 11/10 for the home win. What are we missing here as it seems to good to be true ? Neil.

Re: La Liga > Oct 27-29 Hmmm, Does anyone bet on Spanish soccer ? I know the odds are not great but sometime you just gotta take the win and move on. I like A Madrid to beat Osasuna. This is a power house team playing confident, excellent soccer. Their form rivals barcelona and real madrid. The odds are low 2/7 for a reason. The Asian does'nt look so good . AMadrid -1.5 is 9/10 but they have won 1 game in 4 by 2 goals. (ok really 2 in 4 if you remove vallecano's 2 goal burst) In Falcao they have a goal machine. Perhaps the best odds and probability success is to be found in the over 2.5 goals in the game. A MADRID have achieved this 9 times in their last 10 home games over 3.5 is 16/10 over 2.5 is 6/10 I think the over 3.5 is tough because osasuna just can't score goals, so A Madrid would need to score 3 or 4 to achieve this. I will go for the over 2.5 goals at 1.6 Neil.

Re: La Liga > Oct 27-29 I have noticed there are never many posts on la liga. I remeber having to request that a thread be opened for a Barcelona V Real Madrid just hrs before the game since there wasnt any at all!! El Classico my back side, says PL. ;) Hope there are more posts in this section in the future though. A. Madrid V osasuna A. Madrid is my banker of the day as well. 1.34 @ pinny

  • Atletico Madrid have gone five games unbeaten against Osasuna in the league (4W 1D), their best run against them since their return to the top-flight.
  • The side from Navarra have only scored in one of their last six trips to the Vicente Calderon in La Liga (4-2 in April 2009).
  • Osasuna have gone 10 straight games against sides from Madrid without a win (4D 6L).
  • Mendilibar's side have lost their last four away league games, their worst run since February 2011 (five losses).
  • On the two previous occasions that Osasuna had earned just one win and two draws from their opening eight league games in the top-flight, they survived relegation at the end of the season.
  • The Red-and-Whites have won their last seven league games, they haven't won eight or more in the top-flight since their best ever run of victories in 1983/84 (10).
  • Atletico are the team to have scored the most goals in the 15 minutes after half-time this season (six).
  • Osasuna have the worst shot conversion rate in La Liga this term (8.86%).
  • Falcao has won more points for his team with his goals (10) than any other player in La Liga this season.

All this stats point to a comfortable A.M win. A.M is sitting at 2nd position in the league. Osasuna is at 20th.

I would rather go with win @1.34 than overs @1.6 A.M could score 2:0 and be contended with 20 mins to go. I think the extra risk doesnt warrant the bet even at higher odds since as you said, Osasuna just doesnt score enough. For overs I like it when both teams are attack minded.

Re: La Liga > Oct 27-29 Hi there, To me the bet on AMadrid is a banker, prob my strongest, most solid bet of the weekend. At 1.34 for the win. Compare this bet to Liverpool to beat Stoke which was 1.44. The two games / teams / odds are worlds apart yet this is a great bet at 1.34 and the 1.44 on Liverpool was shiet. Neil.

Re: La Liga > Oct 27-29

Waiting on real madrid -1 for £250' date=' anyone any idea on best way to cover for profit??[/quote'] You could lay in-play at betfair for a profit as soon as real madrid score one - ie are 1 goal ahead. They have a AH market. But only if you suspect they will score at least 1 and will not concede early. PS - Bear in mind that Real could lose though it is highly improbable. They have lost to other lesser teams this season. But if you are sure, thats what you could do.

Thanks for the reply, its just a case of whether madrid score 1st or not! Was thinking Madrid to win by 1 goal and Mallorca Double chance

Thanks for the reply' date=' its just a case of whether madrid score 1st or not! Was thinking Madrid to win by 1 goal and Mallorca Double chance[/quote'] Its all gonna add up to the same odds anyway whether you bet on different markets or not. All the other odds are just an extension of the same Match Odds. I like to just lay that same bet so as not to confuse myself and make it easier. Unfortunately cant give any advise on the game itself. Madrid though should win 99% of the time, the odds are not worth it for me and they are playing away as well. Mallorca will be charged up at home. But it could easily end up 9:0 to madrid. GL if you decide to take them

Re: La Liga > Oct 27-29 Looking at the Mallorca vs Real Madrid game Mallorca are probably good for 1 goal in the game. Last season they were blanked at home 4 times in 19 games This season they have scored in every home game ( 6 goals in 4 games, 1 against Barcelona) Real Have played 4 games away in the league this season , 1 cleansheet. Last season they kept a clean sheet away 9 in 18 games. Toss up between the over 2.5 goals odds are 1.53 Real to win 2-1 which is 7-1 both teams to score 4/5 Real had a tough midweek game, against a very hardworking dortmund team. It has to have fatigued and drained them. Should be enough for a mallorca team to find a goal. 4/5 both to score it is :)

Re: La Liga > Oct 27-29 Valladolid vs. Sociedad = 1 (2.10) stakes 5/10 Valladolid position 12 ° points 10 Sociedad position 15 ° points 9 Preview: Valladolid: suspended: Manucho Goncalves (striker 5/3); goes back: Alvaro Rubio (midfielder 7/0). Sociedad: Injured: Claudio Bravo (goalkeeper 5/0), Cadamuro (defender 1/0), Elustondo (midfielder 2/0); in doubt: Zurutuza (midfielder 4/1), Ifran (striker 4/0). Valladolid has a score in-house w2-d1-l1 goals scored 9 goals against 3 while Sociedad has a score out of the house w0-d0-l4 goals scored 2 goals against 10. The home team is from a defeat away from home with a score of 1-2 against Malaga and the Sociedad comes from two consecutive defeats in the final with a score of 0-1 against Atletico Madrid. The Valladolid last week he had a good game against a very good Malaga, is a team that plays better at home and outside. La Sociedad is a landslide when playing away from home. Erratic performance of the visiting team than the home team that is better organized and more determined. Quote of the sign 1 down on many books. :hope
