Re: Ligue 2 24-27 February Bastia is a serious pick for me.1st vs 15th.good away side and on three consecutive wins.2nd best away side as well..bastia is on 5:2:5 playing away and goal diff is currently 19 bastia easy win and will want to extend it's lead on Reims which is only 4 points behind and with a game played less.. Bastia at 2.36. Goodluck

I really wanted to get back posting some selections but in all honesty, I'd be telling you something that I don't have 100% confidence in. Hopefully next week I'll find something to select. Monaco Team over 1,5 goals @2,1 (local) We cannot trust this Monaco yet (as I learned the hard way last week), so instead of a HW, I will have this pick. I believe that there is a big possibility of them conceding a goal, so if they are to win they must score two. Boulogne Team over 1,5 goals @2,45 (local) I remember them as a side that can score. I know that they haven't been playing well but with such a good players and potential scorers I think that they can score two times. On the other hand, Chateauroux has conceded 23 goals on 12 matches, almost 2 as an average.

Re: Ligue 2 24-27 February I didn't get involved in the card on Friday, but I think I will have a bet this evening in the Champagne-Ardennes derby. Reims v Sedan is one of the highlights of the Ligue 2 calendar. There is a strong rivalry between the two clubs and I expect there to be a pretty raucous atmosphere inside the Stade Auguste Delaune tonight. Reims have been a surprise package this year, currently sitting in the promotion places. That's mainly down to their home form, which has been magnificent - they've won all but one of their games. Sedan are a strange side - so good on paper, yet they let themselves down badly against weaker teams, especially at home. They are actually the third best side on the road in the league but this is a massive test for them tonight. Reims have turned the Delaune into a fortress and have players who will score goals in Kamel Ghilas, Cedric Faure, the fit-again Odair Fortes and Clement Tainmont. That quartet have pace, power and movement in abundance and Sedan's defence, often far too porous, will struggle against them. I also expect Reims to win the midfield battle with Boucundji Ca so dominant in that area. Sedan have threats of their own - Nicolas Fauvergue is a danger in attack - but there's a certain limpness about them. They seem scared of winning promotion and for me, underachieve. Reims' home form is such that a -0.25 line in the 1.90s has far too much value not to consider. They have been tremendous at the Delaune throughout the campaign and I would be happy to take them, with some draw cover, to continue in that vein. The Beret's bets - Reims -0.25AH @ 1.90

Re: Ligue 2 24-27 February Reims lost 2-1. Trust me to be on them when they finally lose a game! From what I gather, Sedan were impressive and dominated a lot of the game. Although Reims missed a good chance at the end, Sedan also missed a penalty to go 3-1 up. So no complaints. On to Friday.
