Do you remember how it was dealt with ? I was slightly surprised the expenses weren't immediately in my Grosvenor account. Thanks From memory David at GCas deals with it all manually in the last few days before the event. Think he waits and mailshots all of the various different seat winners in one go. Expenses got transferred into GCas account at a similar time. Won my (Brighton) package really early on so had to wait a few weeks, but GCas always on the ball, never had any probs with them.
