JJK have a good record so far - is there any story behond the tight odds? Derby. I think JJK will edge it - good odds to take a chance on, too. KuPS have been a bit fortunate so far and although JJK's defence is vulnerable, I still think the hosts are playing well enough to win this one. Jaro vs VPS is another derby but I fancy Jaro to edge that one. I just don't rate VPS away from home - too easy to score against them and their counter-attacks aren't that good so they don't score many either. Jaro still need a central midfield but they have quality strikers is the service is good enough. Honka vs TPS is an "avoid" for the 1x2 as Honka can't defend well enough atm with too many younsters blundering their way around at the back and TPS haven't got themselves together since their squad was revamped - quality side, especially in attack, but not playing as a unit. However, I would point out that these are two of the weakest sides in the Veikkausliiga offensively, irrespective of the statistics. Both sides only score from set pieces and/or goalmouth scrambles with the exception of the odd bit of skill from Rivera for RoPS or Robinson for Haka, who is absent today. Strange as it sounds, both sides are stronger defensively than they are in attack and both tend to focus on that. RoPS' Achilles heel is goalkeeper Nyom, who tends to forget the basics of goalkeeping. Haka's handicap is that they're bereft of ability, barring Robinson. It's a tough one to call, this - it's a battle between two sides who will be in the relegation battle at the end of the season. I'd probably edge toward RoPS if pushed but I wouldn't go with overs for this one, as possible as it always is in the Veikkausliiga - I think we might see a 0-0, 0-1, or 1-1. Now it is time to receive KuPS, trying to forget the past week. Haka is also failing on attack, as i said. They fail even to create chances, with too many missed passes and with a very slow game which don't surprise any opponent. KuPS offensive football is all around Dicksonin and Pekosen and the quality is much better than on Haka's team. They are also improving it and the creativity is present on his football. On this game against KuPS, i expect a close game which can be decided by details, specially by the key players of the two teams. The two teams are concentrate in getting the three points today. Haka is really passing by a bad moment and they need to improve a lot if they want to get a positive result today. The clubs met again this year back in May when Inter won 1:0 away to Kups. Kups is playing a counter attacking soccer staying at the back and defending and trying to grab the win by taking their opponent by surprise. Coach Job Dragtsma said he will want to revenge the last two games lost at Veritas Stadium and with current form and confidence they should do so. Turku suffered twoinjuries in attack but they signed Frank Jonken, a tall, 191 cm long player which could cause trouble up-front against a defending Kups team.
