Very encouraging start for new yard when second on hurdles debut in traditionally-strong event at Warwick (21f), keen at times, travelling well, trouble in-running. Sure to improve.

Very tricky race ....hard to assess rather be as he was running well last time when brought down but doubt he would have beaten baron alco given the way he powered clear ......that one again must havexa good chance ....frodon was just behind baron alco and Nicholls's record in race plus 3lb forc2 lengths makes this interesting....I'll take top 2 against the field

One from the big handicap on the Old Course here last month that a few of these ran in. Baron Alco won that day with Frodon in 2nd but I'll take Frodon to reverse places with a 3lbs pull for 2 lengths and the fact that he's twice won over this CD on the New Course.
