Had a poor season last time but well handicapped as a result, as high as 137 over fences and runs off 118 here back over hurdles(C/D winner off 128 back in '21). Ran well after a similar break at Worcester in Sept'22 when 3rd behind 2 decent yardsticks. Fingers crossed he can have a bit of a revival on favoured ground/trip off this reduced mark. 1pt win 16/1 CASHED OUT P/L: +7pts.

Two solid flat runs where he made most the running, which suits round here. Interesting race with loads of decent flat form but not much jumps form, worth a look for future pointers. 0.25pts win 11/1 P/L: +7.25pts Didn't look even vaguely fit and ran awful, soon pulled up.

Frustrating seeing Mbappe out on the left wing. He still had 4 or 5 shots but they were all bad.

I'd reverse the odds for Mbappe and Ronaldo. Ronaldo hasn't looked terrible but nothing gets easier at 39, Mbappe has looked very sharp, just his shooting that has been off so far.

Hugueneau 4:30 Worcester (9/1 general). Big drift on this one from 7/2 so that could be an issue, but was a nice winner in the stewards room for me last time and only 2lbs higher today. Gets fast ground for pretty much the first time, which i think he wants. 0.5pts win 9/1 Ran well enough finishing 4th, maybe didn't really like the brush hurdles. P/L: +7.5 pts.
