  3. my luck on these nowadays is comical. Dom Taylor finds a way to lose against crappy old Dolan whilst Chizzy loses to serial loser Gurney despite being over 10pts above his average. Meanwhile Van Veen turns to mush against 9 lifes Bunting.
  4. Best of luck Tony, Preferably great minds think alike as the player I like the look of this week is: Wyndham Clark 14/1 Hills
  5. Ladies and gentlemen, just when you thought the bulk of the drama had passed, it appears that we could still yet witness a twist in this season's Punters Lounge Fantasy Football League! @StevenKing's Lucky Pierre remains top of the table but a superb points haul from @DLL's Pain In Diaz has reduced the lead at the top to just 8 points with only 2 game weeks remaining! The big question now is whether we are set for a two-horse race or if one of the chasing pack can cause carnage in the final couple of rounds. It seems that it may be too late for anyone outside the top two with 3rd placed Timo Fernandez's Undisputed XI now 36 points off the pace. You never know though! Manager of the Week was a closely fought contest with several teams breaking the 100-point mark. The duo of 2nd placed @DLL and 3rd placed Fernandez hit 112 points but it was TJ Spiers' Chillymonsters who earned the top score with 113 points. It was an impressive total given Spiers saw one of his starting XI not earn any points so they effectively managed it with 10 men. Erling Haaland as captain earning 42 points off his own back was key to that total. At the other end of the spectrum, it was Kevin Barnett's X S Bohemians who took the lowest score for the second time this season with just 18 points. Far from the lowest total we've seen in a single week but still! It could've been much worse had the front pair of Joao Pedro and Ivan Toney not got 9 points between them! The cup reaches the Semi-Final stage. The fixtures are as follows (league position in brackets)... @Alastair's Heroes (8) vs TJ Spiers' Chillymonsters (10) @MPM's Bayern Side (27) vs Andrew Jones' Andies Ace Oles (55) Who will reach the final? The deadline for transfers this week is 11am UK time on Saturday 11th May. Make sure you get your changes in by then. Here's to the penultimate week of action. Best of luck to all!

  11. It's a grind out here today @CzechPunter Fruhvirtova is dominating as I expected, but I'm being extra patient, and haven't bet anything yet. The other matches I liked today but did not bet was Zarazua and Monteiro. It would have been a lay on Moutet. Something smelled fishy with him.. Maybe he is saving energy for the French open, and I am unclear of his current form. They had Monteiro as a small underdog. He's definitely a good/explosive clay court player at times. I've seen him win matches on grass also, but that is a risky situation to try. I won alot of money on NHL Stanley cup playoffs, and NBA playoffs. 11 team parlay. David Pastrnak of the Czech Republic scored the winning goal in game 7 overtime I needed to secure the parlay. I thought he might be the most revered current male athlete in your country. Will back Linda if she drops the second set to win the match, but should be straight sets. The odds are terrible on her now. I would pick Osorio to beat Rus, but it's not something I really want to bet. I think Osorio is the rightful favorite in the match, but I also think it's a pretty tight match, and I'd give Osorio like a 62% chance to win. The patience payed off for me yesterday because I almost fell into the trap of backing Niemeier again, but I have blacklisted her as a betting option. There is just other players to choose from, and my results are not promising going with her. Brenda Fruhvirtova destroyed her on the scoreline. These sisters are clearly the real deal, and Linda has grandslam potential. Maybe that's crazy to say, but I really don't think so at all. I have not seen Brenda play very much. What is your opinion on Brenda, or the ceiling of Linda's career vs Linda Noskova? update: Now that Muller has won the first set. I will probably just watch the Fruhvirtova match, and see what happens. It is not impossible that Golubic comes back to win. I will need a 2.0 number, and then I would evaluate betting Linda. It doesn't make sense but I do think Muller will beat Albot instead, and that might have been the safe bet. *corrected error. I thought Brenda was the older sister, Got that mixed up with something else.
