Yip just been using my phone! Its turning into a bit of a joke with my Virgin internet connection. Had the technician out 4 times in the past 3 weeks. Each time he fixes it then within the hour he has left, it goes back down again! Theres only the 1 feed for the floor Im on. & next door has all sorts (apparently 2 digi boxes as well as broadband). this month has been pretty much fully refunded, but if the connection stays this bad next month,Il just cancel the direct debit & join a new company. Been with then for over 2 years now- so they cant have too much complaints. I dont think its too unreasonable to expect something for about £30 a month,& they are clearly at it if they think I will put up with this.
