Have been following yours for a little bit now and am impressed to the point of conceding a bit to you - am still curious as to how you picked the one TB/Boston game a few days ago (Brazelton/Lowe matchup); I went for the value with Brazelton, not to mention he's a good young pitcher, yet the result was far different. Anyway, you've done a great job, and thanks for the picks.

Baseball "System" First of all thanks for the support. I do try to get the picks up early but sometimes sites are late getting the news up and it takes a good hour or so for me to go throught them all too. About youre TB/BOS question, Im not 100% sure right now. May have been due to 5 day records for the pitchers or for records against the clubs or certain batters. It was actually at a time I was starting to lose a little faith in BOS as M.Ramirez had flu and you were never sure if he was in or not until jjust before the game. I was going to leave them alone until he was certainly back but the day I decided this his return was declared. One thing with BOS is ,as long as they are without too many injuries, with hitters like Damon, Ramirez,Ortiz,Millaretc you can always see where the runs are going to come from.

Re: Baseball "System" As Ive been running this for a month now I thought it might be interesting to look at a few more stats. First of all, a seperate look at the handicap bets. Handicap No.of Bets: 29 Winners: 20 Losers: 9 Strikerate: 68.97% Stakes: 58pts Returns: 75.35pts Profit: 17.35pts Yield: 29.91% Out of the 9 losing bets, only 2 were losers solely because of the handicap. By saying that I mean only 2 would have been winners if theyd been a straight bet. Now a look at any Unders/Overs bets. Unders/Overs No.of Bets: 13 Winners: 8 Pushes: 2 Losers: 3 Stakes: 26pts Returns: 33.75pts Profit: 7.75pts Yield: 29.81% A thought Id also look at winning streaks etc. As theres often many bets a night, rather than counting winning bet streaks Ive looked at winning days. Total days Betting: 29 Winning Days: 22 Losing Days: 7 StrikeRate: 75.86% Longest winning streak: 8 days Longest losing streak: 2 days Current streak: 5 winning days Ive managed 3 days where there's been a 100% record.(4 if you include the single bet on the first day) 3 from 3, 4 from 4 and 5 from 5. Theres also been several days which have been let down by just one bet. There has yet to be a day with no returns at all. Saying this there's been a few close shaves with only 1 result keeping this stat intact. Overall I am shocked at how well this has gone. As I said at the start, Id noticed Id seemed to do ok but hadnt kept a strict record. I was expecting this to show a profit but nowhere near as effective as it has.
