kevsul
Re: Fleet's Football Trebles 2007-08 Another suggestion Fleet. Dutching at the odds you have supplied 12/5 for £211.11 14/5 for £189.89 This equals ROI at 79.44% Profit on bet is £317.78 £400 lay out Which is better than 8/11 £400 0n that is 290.91 profit This then means if Bolton win it is still £1200 profit or thereabouts on what you have layed out. But if it goes against you, then your profit is around £540ish which is not to bad for a days work mate.
FleetFanatic
Re: Fleet's Football Trebles 2007-08 You know, you may have just given me the answer. I have yet to go on betfair , dont ask me why. 540profit or 1200profit for a 400 outlay is good. Thank you. Gonna play around with some other figures and find a happy medium. kevsul
Re: Fleet's Football Trebles 2007-08 I know you never ever back the saver bet' date= But i think in this case for the amount of money involved I would make sure you got at least another 200 return to profit if i was you. You know, you may have just given me the answer. I have yet to go on betfair , dont ask me why. 540profit or 1200profit for a 400 outlay is good. Thank you. I know even on any of your sleections here you NEVER EVER DO A COVER BET. But in this case I think it is wise,You have already got your money back and a small profit in landing the 5fold. Just get yourself that litte bit more you deserve it for the work you put in here.:clap I know you will shop around for the best odds. FleetFanatic
Re: Fleet's Football Trebles 2007-08 Cheers. :ok Anyway - back to the actual thread. Anybody else think it's time to ditch the Scottish football? Hamilton, Aberdeen and now Dundee instantly spring to mind. I already got a couple of blokes at work who want me to avoid the non-league as they can't always get on the 7-fold. Some bookies still don't offer odds on those divisions, it seems. Taking up your idea of doing a treble on three homes on the 27th.Oct I had a bet on Airdrie Utd. at 8/15. they won 4-0. Ayr at 4/6. they won 2-1. and Arbroath at 4/6. they won 5-0. As part of another winning treble on Nov. 3rd. I backed Raith at 4/7 they won 2-0. slapdash
Re: Fleet's Football Trebles 2007-08 Some nice picks lately. Keep it up. :clap But if you do an accumulator and when it gets down to the last leg, you lock in a profit by backing the other results in the last leg, doesn't that mean you shouldn't have done the accumulator in the first place? You're backing all three outcomes in the last match (one of them with your winnings from the previous legs and two with your own money), which can't be the right thing to do. Maybe, but I've f***ed it up. Was undecided about covering the D/A this time, thinking it was a 7.45pm kickoff. Decided to go and do it, only to find game kicked off at 7.30pm. To make things worse, Livingston are already 0-1 down. Oh well. Edit: make that 0-3 now :@

No 7-fold this week, but I am considering going for a 6 team perm of 5/6 folds in future, considering how its paid off privately the past week.
