They are freerolls and I picked up £60 for my 3rd so no complaints from me. It is the cash players who pay the bills for Betfair so they probably deserve the day out in London more. I am still waiting to hear if the problem is there end... lack of response tends to make me think it is! We shall see... I have tried to play twice and it has been a farce both times...
