Catterick 2:10

Petra celera
Win

obligatory

each way

penta celera
Impressive displays both runs in Scotland.
Worried out of it by mismerald.
Shaped as though the damp ground would be useful.
Another one of interest is the well bred obligatory
Each way
Related to a very classy horse of Tim Easterby’s.
Although the yard are only 2/93 with juveniles as they focus on plundering handicaps, it only takes one to change the statistics……………

Bath 2:30

tom Marquand and will haggas at bath hard to oppose but a crazy price.

Bouje Gold

is value simply to place in the first three.

That is evens or better he could even nick second
The profile of  two of them other runners is not great despite the breeding.

He is a big price but rather than try each way I’m trying to steal few quid in case he only makes third.

Could do much much better but I’m happy at evens here.

A few interesting good price ones - EW

3.30 Ling - Creationist - 18/1 1/5th 3 places Lad, Coral - Has fallen a very long way since finishing 2nd in 2019 ( has dropped 39 lbs . - 28 recently) Ran over 2 miles last time with a 7lb claiming jock, today has a professional jockey and a 1st time visor, and is dropping back to 1m2f.

4.15 Bath - The Daley Express 18/1 1/5th 3 places Hills - Although now a 9 year old which advises caution, has won from 14lbs higher within the last year. He is a 3 x course winner including over CD, and 5lb lower than when 3rd over CD earlier in the year.

5.05 Catt - Jackmeister Rudi - 13/2 1/5th 3 places Hills - Is a CD winner from a 10lb higher mark within the last year. Looks to be coming back into form and shouldn't mind softer going.

Was in the air literally when this race  was running. Landed to find there had been another qualifier. Glad to get an each way success @ 25/1 but I’d have preferred 150/1 winner. Onwards and upwards.
