Kwiff bet

Recommended Posts

Hi

after struggling to get bets on with some bookmakers, I saw on here a recommendation for kwiff bet in your ‘best 10 bookmakers’ . I’ve had the account for a month or so with no issues. Now I’ve tried to withdraw I’ve been asked for all my ID. I’ve emailed it in but still no response after 24hrs.
Has anybody else had this issue with them and if so what’s the best way to word an email to basically say ‘ I want my money’. Thanks for your help.

Leaving aside the whole topic of when and how bookies use ID checks (dodgy at best) I don't think you've got an issue if it's only been 24 hours.

I don't know if they publish a timescale for processing ID checks but, if not, I'd allow 4 working days before regarding it as something to chase up. If it takes longer than that, or they mess you about with additional requests, then you've got cause to be dissatisfied.

As harry_rag said it might be too soon to worry, yet.

ID checks are part of the standard KYC process when you withdraw from a bookmaker for the first time and they can take longer than expected.

I’ve successfully gone through the KYC checks at Kwiff and these things inevitably take longer than expected.

Hold tight for now and keep us updated on how you get on.

Well, just had this. I bet horses each way, not for massive amounts but I was in profit on the site by maybe a few hundred.  I’m a self  employed decorator and showed my income /outgoings and that I could afford to bet. What a crazy betting world we live in. That’s 365, paddy power and now kwiff. I’m sure if I smashed £1000’s on roulette they wouldn’t have asked me for my info.

I think if they've closed your account it's more about them doubting their ability to make money from you in the long term than being worried about you being able to afford it.

Doesn't sound great based on what you said, unless you were doing anything that they deem to be "sharp". Still seems a bit hasty but, ultimately, that's what we're up against these days.

Ultimately all successful bettors will be driven to the exchanges, thank goodness we have them.

The wisest will also take take a detour via the spreads as well (if I bang that drum much harder I'll burst a skin)!

If it's any consolation I was closed down after making £29 with Kwiff.

That's truly abysmal. More whiff than Kwiff.
