FC Barcelona VS Real Madrid

Kick Off: 10/24/2021 10:15

FC Barcelona

Barcelona's state in the early part of the season was quite low, but recently, with the wounded returning one after another, the state of the team seems to have been significantly improved. In the last round, they beat Valencia at home. Previously, they achieved 4W-1D at home in five leagues. They also beat Dynamo Kiev at home in the Champions League in midweek. At present, they are only five points away from the top in the league table.

Real Madrid

Real Madrid won Donetsk 5-0 away in the Champions League in the middle of the week, and successfully got out of the shadow of three consecutive winless games. They have achieved 5W-1D-1L in the last 7 away games and performed well. The team scored 22 goals in the first eight rounds of the league, and the attack power was superior to the others. Benzema has scored 11 goals for Real Madrid in various competitions this season, and his personal state is extremely hot. But Bear, Ceballos, Isco and Jović will all miss this game due to injury.

Prediction

With Benzema's appearance and Viníciu finally living up to expectations, their three consecutive wins in the national derby will certainly stimulate the confidence of the team. Barcelona have achieved a series of strong results at home and are fully capable of bringing a good performance in front of Real Madrid, but Koeman's team looks convincing in few games this season. We will expect Real Madrid to win this game.

Pick: Real Madrid

Final Result: 1-2

Barcelona vs Real Madrid

Although the home side won only half of La Liga matches so far in the campaign, they are not too far from the top spot. Barcelona is two points behind its fierce rivals, while Real Sociedad is five points ahead of them. Ronald Koeman’s side goes to this game after beating Dynamo Kyiv in the Champions League. However, Barca struggled to deliver that victory. Gerard Pique and the lads picked up the majority of points at the home ground, while they have had many problems on the road. On the other hand, Barcelona hasn’t conceded too many goals, but tough opponents like Atletico Madrid or the ones from the Champions League scored at least twice against them. The hosts need a disciplined performance on Sunday to secure a win against arch-rivals.

Real Madrid had a good start in the new campaign, but they failed to win in the previous two rounds. Los Blancos snatched just a point during that period, and their latest match in La Liga was a 2:1 defeat away to Espanyol. They head on another trip to Barcelona, but they will face their biggest rivals with the intention to hurt them even more this season. Carlo Ancelotti’s side is three points behind the top-placed Real Sociedad, but they have one game in hand. The visitors have been lethal for the oppositions’ goalkeepers this season, but they need to do much better in defense. This time, the public starts to speak about emerging stars in these two clubs, and we will see the Fati – Vinicius rivalry on the pitch. Karim Benzema is questionable for this match, and it would be a huge setback for Real Madrid if he misses El Clasico.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

These derbies are always challenging to predict, and this match could go either way. However, we believe Real Madrid has been more confident this season, and the visitors should get back on the winning track. Therefore, we’ll back Los Blancos to win El Clasico.

Goals Market Prediction

Barcelona has been very productive at Camp Nou, while Real Madrid is currently the most efficient team in La Liga. On the other hand, the visitors conceded in six La Liga games so far, and we should see both teams scoring in this clash.

Real Madrid to Win @ 2.50

BTTS Yes @ 1.55

Correct score 2:3 @ 21.00

Getafe VS Celta Vigo

Kick Off: 10/25/2021 15:00

Getafe

Getafe entered the game after a 0-0 draw with Levante in the league. At present, the home team is at the bottom of the table. Their record of 2D-7L in 9 games only allows them to get 2 points. It is rare that Getafe has not conceded a goal in recent games. In fact, Getafe failed to stop their opponent's goal in 5 of the previous 6 games and conceded 9 goals. Getafe ranked 15th last season and seems that the team will face the battle of relegation this season.

Celta Vigo

After losing 1-0 in the last league game against Sevilla, Celta Vigo and their supporters hope they can achieve better results in this game. They have achieved 2W-1D-6L with 7 points in the first nine games of this season, which put them in 15th place. The team has scored only seven goals in the league so far, four of them from their two strikers Iago Aspas and Santi Mina.

Prediction

The gap between the two sides in strength is not large, and both sides are likely to score points. Given Getafe's home advantage. So we predict that Getafe will be unbeaten.

Pick: Getafe to be unbeaten

Total: 1-0, 1-1

                                                       Getafe vs. Celta Vigo

Getafe is downright failing this season; in nine games, the Madrid suburbs have suffered seven consecutive defeats and are now taking up draws. At the moment, the team takes the deserved last place. Moreover, the lag from the saving 17th place is 5 points. The away draw with Levante 0-0 was at least some replenishment for the team. I would not say that the blues played any better with Quique Sanchez Flores at the helm, but the coach still needs to be given a few matches for adaptation, and then already draw conclusions.

It is not excluded that the Galician coach will change in the near future. Chacho Coudet made the Celts a candy team last season, but after the summer it is completely unrecognizable. This team is not doing very well this season. After all, the Vigo club in terms of its potential should be clearly above the 15th position. Besides, Celta concedes quite often. And this despite the fact that things are not very good in attack - only 7 goals in 9 matches.
So Celta did not succeed in the last round. At home, the team failed to play even a draw, losing to Sevilla 0-1. Two defeats in a row - this is the team's negative disposition before the match with an outsider. Moreover, even the leader of Celta's attacks Iago Aspas scored only twice.

I don’t know, of course, whether Getafe will be able to win against Celta, but not to lose to the team of Quique Sanchez Flores, I think, is quite capable. Initially, I assumed that the match should turn out with a small number of goals, but given the tendencies of the end of the 10th round of La Liga, you can risk putting at least both teams to score.

Getafe v Celta Vigo: 20 points on <5.5 cards shown at 11/8 Uni and (as posted in systems and strategy) 20 points on 4-6 cards shown at 5/4 Hills

Hard to understand why bookings quotes are in the 60s for this game if, as seems to be the case, this guy is in charge.

https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/juan-martinez-munuera/profil/schiedsrichter/4412/plus/0?funktion=1&saison_id=&wettbewerb_id=ES1

4-6 cards is effectively a system pick so I hadn't looked at any stats when placing that bet so it's reassuring to see it's landed in 22 out of 39 La Liga games that the ref has handled over this season and the previous 2. His points average is 52.95 and that's inflated by a high total in the earliest of those 3 seasons. 26 of those 39 games have seen <5.5 cards.

4-6 cards has landed in 5 of the last 6 league meetings between the teams though 4 of the games have seen 6 or more cards.

Thought both bets had landed as the market initially was settled at 55 (3 yellows and a red). Looks like an additional yellow was missed though so that's 5 cards for the latter bet but 6 for the former as reds count double. Just about got out with a small profit on the game.
