TOTTI3
Kortrijk vs Standard Liege=over(1.57) stake 8/10 Kortrijk position 12° points 23 Standard Liege position 4° points 41 Preview: Kortrijk: injured: Brendan Hines-Ike(defender 15/0), Tyron Ivanof(midfielder 2/0), Lucas Rougeaux(defender 8/0) Standard Liege: injured: Sa(striker 0/0), Bokadi(defender 6/0), Limbombe(midfielder) Kortrijk has a home score of w4-d3-l5 goals scored 21 goals conceded 19 while Standard Liège has an away score of w4-d3-l4 goals scored 19 goals conceded 17. Kortrijk is back from a good home draw against Club Brugge with a score of 2-2 while Standard Liège has a home win with a score of 2-1 against Oostende. In my opinion it was a very open game with a lot of goal actions because both teams prefer offensive football. Over in decline. StevieDay1983
Eupen vs Cercle Brugge OK, so this might be one of the least glamorous matches taking place across the top leagues in the Europe this weekend but I actually find these types of matches fascinating to analyse with the previews. It's a battle in the Belgian First Division A between two struggling sides in Eupen and Cercle Brugge that is scheduled to kick-off at 7pm GMT on Saturday night from the Kehrwegstadion in Eupen. Eupen are just about meeting expectations this season with their 13th place position in the league table. Manager Benat San Jose has seen his team performing well recently with a draw and a win in their two league games since the winter break. It will be intriguing to see how they approach this game. Despite having only won 2 of their 11 home league games they have managed to take something from over 50% of their matches in the league on home turf. Cercle Brugge will feel if they can't get something from this game then hope of getting off the bottom of the table will really begin to fade. Bernd Storck's men are propping up the table with just 11 points this season. They are now 7 points adrift of safety and time is running out. It's now three league defeats in a row in a run that has straddled the winter break. It's hard to imagine the mental damage that time off must have done and now they are still losing these games I can only see their season fizzling out. I'm undecided about whether to back a Eupen win here or if Cercle Brugge can take something from this game. The away side have only earned 1 point on their travels so far this season so it's hardly inspirational form. The home team are also backed by the ELO ratings so it makes sense to show a bit of faith in them showing that to be correct and taking all 3 points. Watch them bottle it and bloody draw now! betcatalog
Kortrijk took a big victory over Standard Liege in the championship with a 3-1 run and ended the ugly run that ran the last four official games. Comes to today's rematch (1-1 in the first match) with the best possible psychology. Antwerp have been marginally defeated by Club Bruges 1-0, but are focusing on today's game, as the Cup is a key target this season. He did not win in the first match, where he was better than his opponent and I expect today to be the one to qualify to seal an excellent season for himself.
