Re: PL 10 to follow - Jumps 07/08 Well, it certainly gets tougher every year. Was in two minds about including Kauto Star but decided to include it. May work out well as, ironically, it may turn out quite an original selection and, I can only see Paul Nicholls horses beating it when it is fit. I think PN may try to keep his horses apart throughout the season. Think Denman is going to be the class act of the season though. I also think we may see Detroit City come back strong but I will wait until the transfers for that one. Anyway, mine are: Aces Four Blazing Bailey Denman Faasel Kauto Star Massini's Maquire Monkerhostin My Way De Solzen Tidal Bay Wichita Lineman :ok:ok

During the Transfer Window which opens at [B]9.00am Sunday 6 January[/B] until [B]6.00pm Friday 11 January[/B], all entrants have the opportunity to replace up to two selections in each entry line with substitute selections from the original list of 500 horses. Points scored by substituted selections up to the close of the Transfer Window will continue to count, and points scored by the replacement (substitute) selections will qualify for points from the day following the close of the Transfer Window. Selections winning Jumps races under the Rules of Racing in Great Britain or Ireland during the period of the competition - [B]16 November 2007[/B] to [B]5 April 2008[/B] inclusive - will be awarded points as follows:
25 pointsin a race worth £30,000 or more to the winner
20 pointsin a race worth £25,000 up to £29,999 to the winner
15 pointsin a race worth £15,000 up to £24,999 to the winner
12 pointsin a race worth £10,000 up to £14,999 to the winner
10 pointsin a race worth less than £10,000 to the winner
[I]Prize money will be taken as the published race card Penalty Value to the winner. For races in Ireland, prize money published in Euro will be converted to Sterling at the official BHA conversion rate. The rate for 2007 is €1.48 to the £ and will be subject to change from 1 January 2008.[/I] In the event of a dead-heat, points will be divided by the number of horses dead-heating with fractions rounded down. No points will be awarded for a walkover. The official result on the day will be used for the calculation of points with any subsequent disqualifications disregarded. [B]Bonus Races[/B] An additional [B]25 points[/B] will also be awarded to the winner and [B]12 points[/B] to the runner-up in each of the following races:

In the event of no Tote win dividend being declared, the Starting Price will determine any bonus points.
