Despite that dissipointment we are rather confident that Grimsby will put in a much better performance here against Wrexham who we predicted to come up short away to Braintree last Tuesday, and Wrexham had no chance ending up losing 3-0. Wrexham has lost 4 of the last 7. And they are still looking for a new head coach. Hopefully key Grimsby striker Jennings wont be caught up in a traffic jam here, because Jennings could be the man to watch here. We are quite confident of a Grimsby win! Closer 1,60 in our eyes.

Since John Coleman got his teeth into the squad, Southport's home opponents have made up 0, 10 and -20, and given Macc's recent lack of fluent form there is every chance this could finish nicely the right side of the line. I was going to swerve the Aldershot/Nuneaton game, but the price of Nuneaton's second at 80 to sell (Spreadex) is really too high. I sense goals - there isn't a great distance between the sides and both are capable of defensive blips. But unlike Chester who arrived at the Rec with a depleted strikeforce on Tuesday, Nuneaton are a capable attacking force. A bit of risk - given Braintree's form - but I've sold the time of the 2nd Lincoln goal at 77 with Spreadex. The legs will be tired after the performance at FGR and though Braintree's midfield is vastly superior to Lincoln's this will have a levelling effect. Lincoln haven't been nearly as competent as an attacking force without Delano Sam-Yorke but they might just have enough to catch Braintree early a couple of times.

Forest Green is a dangerous team, suprisingly to some they lost at home to Braintree the other day. We are not suprised, Braintree playing well at the moment despite hectic schedule. Forest Green currently placed 13th, 6 points behind a play off spot with a couple of games in hand, so all to play for. They have scored double the amount of goals (66) this season as Tamworth has scored. Sure, Tamworth have had more rest and are probably more rested, also Forest Green are rather weak on the road only winning 3 out of the 16 away matches. Despite this we expect to see a reaction from a highly capable away team, Tamworth are short on numbers, might score 1 here. Forest Green are more than capable of scoring 2-3 goals here.

Still can't bring myself to back Tamworth though. Kidderminster v Barnet The away side's good run has come to a halt in the last two games and they have been dire in them as well. With Kiddie's efforts going in the other direction I think they can follow up Tuesday's win. Southport v Macclesfield That win came against Macclesfield and I think they might lose again. I risked Southport on Tuesday night but they failed to perform away from home, at home they have been performing though and they look a value bet again this week.

Macc's mini-performance made up 10 for a 12 point profit. Can't really gripe about that. Great calls by Boggen on FGR and Grimsby, and by addpea on Kidderminster and Southport. I think that gives this thread a 100 per cent strike rate.
