Switzerland is a team that mainly comes from their team performance and not from individual quality. The team consists mainly of Bundesliga players, players which still play in the switzerland and a three man middlefield of Neapel with Behrami, Inler and Dzemaili. Their players are not having such big quality all in all and you can see individual mistakes in the team quite often. Just Valencia is a player that can decide games with one action himself. Saw them in a couple of friendlies and they always surprised me and I expect it to happen once again, at least in terms of goals. Sure, Switzerland have a very fine time, surely favourites and will most probably be closer to winning today, but Ecuador have some very technical gifted players upfront, and when given the space to counter, they don't usually like to miss it. They will also want to pay homage to Chucho Benitez, play at "home", so motivation should be on high. Still rate them a bit below the Switzs, but will they score today? Yes, I feel they will, they have what it takes. Switzerland is the better team overall and I can't see them scoring against a very weak Equatorian defense, so BTTS looks like a big possibility, and I'm on it. Instead I prefer to side with the current trend In this tournament and opt for the goals angle. It's true that Switzerland are a well organised outfit and they do keep a number of clean sheets. But Ecuador are a capable enough side in attack. Their main weakness is the defence and it would therefore seem a foolish approach to be defensive in this match. Instead they would be better having a go at Switzerland and it will be Imperative for them to get on the scoresheet. With the early kick off in the hot humid weather, I think the conditions will suit Ecuador much better and will work in their favour. They do look vulnerable at the back though and with some quality in attack, I can definitely see the Swiss getting on the scoresheet. This bet would have paid out in a large number of the matches so far and I'm backing the trend to continue. Both teams to score for me at a generous evens. Switzerland are tipped as being dark horses, with a good defence and Ecuador have a prolific goalscorer but a shaky defence. I think perhaps the 2-2 vs England has been looked at too much and feel the swiz are a much better organised team. I fancy 1/2-0 and with Drmic the swiz have a guy who can score goals. I don't think there will be lots of goals, but 3/1 seems large to me. I also agree with Drmic to score anytime at 23/10 to be a good bet as he seems to be their main man and should be able to fire past an Ecuador defence which concedes a fair amount of goals.
