It's a £10 rebuy.[/quote'] I was intending to play tonights sat. Had no money on my Grosvenor account so made a deposit at 7.00 for the 7.30 tourny. Money was taken but did not appear on my poker account. Rang grosvenor and spent the next hour being told it was a problem with my computer. Told to reinstall grosvenor software. By the end of late registration with still no money on the poker software having reinstalled both poker software and java, finally get to talk to somebody who knew what they were talking about. Turns out the poker software had taken the money, transfered it to casino wallet but had failed to transfer it to the poker wallet which is normarly automatic. All I needed to do was go to the grosvenor website and transfer the money across to poker. Took 5 seconds but by that time sat late registration was closed. Yet lobby still only showing prizes of 8 seats. Or the next day. Or the day after that... at which point I contacted them and got it on the third day. The second time, I still missed the game, but contacted them immediately and got it next day.
