Nothing mentioned about ipads in the description and just says see Magazine, where there is nothing about this tournament on this date, therefore I suggest there would be no obligation to supply any. Curr 1,601/13,796 in MiniFTOPS Main at first break, chipping up nicely, but still got an hour+ of late reg to get through before knowing anything worthwhile.
