Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September I wouldn't touch Furth for today, cause Duisburg can stop them. Furth is great counter-attacking team with some very fast players, but i'm not sure about their creativity which they will need today. I think that Duisburg will stand very firmly and it will be difficult to break them down. Surely they can win, but at these odds this is no bet for me.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September Hansa Rostock - Eintrach Braunshweig 9.9.2011 18.00 One of the Friday matches in 2. Bundesliga will be the clash of two "aufsteigers" (promoted) teams. Teams entered level higher competion on different note as Hansa is without a win in first 6 matches with 4 draws and 2 losses, while Eintracht B. is third in the table at the moment with 13 points for 4 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss. Hansa home form is not very good as they managed to gain just two points from their first three matches (draws against Aachen and Bochum, loss against Paderborn). Braunshweig has 2 wins away beating Karlsruhe 3-1 and Aachen 2-0. Hansa is missing two regular center backs for todays game in Kostal and Wiemann, first one is injured and the other suspended, while attack will have to do without the services of experienced Marek Mintal. Eintracht Braunshweig will be once again without first choice GK Petkovic, but Davari has step up so far, other two missings (Dogan, Gos) are not important. Probable line-ups: Hansa (4-2-3-1): K. Mueller-Schryba, R. Mueller, Pannewitz, Pelzer - Peitz, Perthel - Ziegenbein, Lartey, Jaenicke - Semme Eintracht Braunshweig (4-1-4-1): Davari - Kessel, Correia, Henn, Reichel - Theuerkauf - Kruppke, Zimmermann, Vrancic, Boland - Kumbela For all the mentioned reasons above i see some value in: Eintracht Braunshweig AH +0.25 1.85 Bet365 6/10

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September #1 Furth - Duisburg Furth lost their first league match at home with 2:3 from Eintracht Frankfurt, but them made 6 straight wins, including their cup game (0:10 win) and they are the current leaders in the division. Last season they were typical home side, collecting points mostly at home, but this year they managed to produce the same quality of football on the road, beating strong Bochum with 1:4 last round. Last year Furth won here with 2:1. Duisburg were overated at the beginning of the season, due to their DFB Pokal cul final last season, but they seemed far away from their best days and got just 1 win so far, in the last round against poor Dresden at home. Duisburg are poor travelers with 4-2-6 in last 12 visits, as their only wins are against poor Frankfurt(league match), Austria Lustenau(friendly), Blau Weiss Linz ( friendly) and low division Babelsberg ( DFB Pokal), so nothing special. They got shaky defense and I expect many troubles for Diusburg against top form and high flying leaders - Furth. Furth(-1.5)AH 2.69 @ Pinnacle

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September #2 Dusseldorf - Karlsruher Dusseldorf is still unbeaten with 3 home wins and 3 away draws. They are the strongest home side in the division and I cant see them having troubles to beat poor Karsruher. Dusseldorf got 10-2-0 in last 12 home matches, keeping 5 clean sheets. One of their draws is against Steaua in friendly. They are playing more than comfortable against Karlsruher at home with 3 straight wins. Karlsruher are playing quite poor lately, with 3 straight loses, showing weak defensive performance, conceding 9 goals. 27.08.2011 D2 Karlsruher SC 0-4 FSV Frankfurt 21.08.2011 D2 Energie Cottbus 2-0 Karlsruher SC 12.08.2011 D2 Karlsruher SC 1-3 Eintracht Braunschweig Karlsruher will miss a couple of regulars due to injury problems and I cant see them taking something from this match. They are poor travelers too with 2-2-8 in last 12 visits, keeping clean sheet only once. I expect strong motivated home side to take the full pack of points Dusseldorf (-2.5)AH 4.00 @ bet365

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September Germany Bundesliga 2 - 09.09.2011: Hansa Rostock - Eintracht Braunschweig http://www.oddsportal.com/soccer/germany/2-bundesliga-2011-2012/hansa-rostock-braunschweig-806256/#ah;2 Eintracht Braunschweig (+0.25) Odds: 1.80 (SBOBET) Stake: 4/10 I will have a bet on my local team for today because I can not see them being underdog in Rostock. Braunschweig had an amazing start and achieved many great results, especially their away performances were pretty strong. This is very important to know anyway, Braunschweig is a very strong away team due to the fact that their fast counter play is perfect for away games. Their strategy away from home is to defend quite solid and then breaking fast through players like Kruppke, Kumbela and so on. This worked perfect twice when they won their first two away games in Aachen (2:0) and in Karlsruhe (3:1). Both victories were deserved and I must admit that I even like them more on the road than at home. There are no injury worries either, only a few long term injured players and defender Correira who has some problems. Last matchday they were able to beat strong Sankt Pauli 1:0 at home and again they proved how strong they are. Rostock isn't as bad as many people think, they were extremely unlucky many times. Nevertheless they are still without a single victory after 6 games and I doubt that they will be able to achieve their first one against strong Braunschweig. Another important thing to mention are their big injury worries. Important players like Mintal are out due to injury, also the two best defenders Kostal (injury) and Wiemann (suspension) are unavailable. Therefore Pannewitz who is actually injured, has to play because they do not have more defenders in the squad. Perthel has also injury worries and is very doubtful. Due to all these things, Rostock can't be favourite and level ball would be fair. Braunschweig are extremely strong travellers, they have a great form and Rostock has big injury worries as well as a pretty poor form. Thus Rostock can not be favourite here and Braunschweig should be at least able to take the draw but I even expect them to win.

FT 0:0 + 1.60 u Did not see the game because I watched Greuther Furth vs Duisburg, thus I can't say if it was deserved or not but according to the live ticker, a fair result.

FT: Furth 2 Duisburg 1 I saw a bit of the game, and from what I saw Furth deserved the win, but they weren't as dominant as they have been recently.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September Germany Bundesliga 2 - 11.09.2011: FSV Frankfurt - Erzgebirge Aue http://www.oddsportal.com/soccer/germany/2-bundesliga-2011-2012/fsv-frankfurt-aue-806255/ FSV Frankfurt (-0.25) Odds: 2.00 (PinnacleSports) Stake: 4/10 I actually do not like to bet on Frankfurt at home since they only have little homeadvantage due to their poor home crowd but they are extremely underrated in this season. They show absolutely fine football but too often they just do not reward themselves. As opposed to last season, their defence improved a lot which was very important. Seems that the defenders Texeira and Huber are good additions. But the still bigger strength is their offensive midfield. Yelen is a brilliant player and it was a great decision to sign him. And the most important thing is that manager Boysen ultimately understood that Benyamina has to play on the striker position. In the first few games, opportunity killer Gueye did always start. Frankfurt created a lot of goalscoring opportunities but he wasted them all. Gueye is a player with a good technical ability but he is unable to convert opportunities. Last week Benyamina started and they immediately won 4:0 away in Karlsruhe. He also scored 2 goals. Another positive news are that new signing Hleb will be ready to play as well as Chrisantus who is fully fit again after having suffered from malaria. We can sum up that Frankfurt is a team with a defence which does not allow very much and with an offensive with great potential. Also manager Boysen finally found the best lineup and he promised that he will use this lineup again which was so succesful in Karlsruhe last week. Lineup: Klandt - Huber, Gledson, Heitmeier, Teixeira - Y. Stark, Cinaz - V. Hleb, Yelen, Gueye - Benyamina Erzgebirge Aue has many problems at the moment. Last season ,which was their first season after having been promoted from 3. Bundesliga, they were a bad but very lucky team. They always played with much passion and often won 1:0. Atmosphere in Aue was fantastic and people dreamed of Bundesliga. Now, Aue came down to earth with a bang and they played a poor season until now, having only scored 2 goals in 6 games. Aue is an extremely weak away team. Their strategy away from home is simply to defend with 11 men in the own penalty box and trying everything to keep their sheet clean. Rarely it works but Frankfurt has a nice technical ability, thus Frankfurt should be also able to create goal chances against a deep defending team. In the offensive, Aue is a pathetic team. Striker König is a poor player, he was an average player from relegated team Oberhausen but did not convince so far. The new signings Könnecke and Kocer who came from lower divisions became regulars but they still need some time to acclimatise in this league. They are very hard working (as well as the whole Aue team) but they are not able to create opportunities. This lineup is likely: Männel - Schlitte, Klingbeil, Paulus, Müller - Schröder, Hensel - Könnecke, Hochscheidt, Kocer (Kempe) - König (Kern) Another news which should affect Aue's atmosphere negatively is the fact that Kocer has been found guilty. He confessed that he robbed 7 casinos with his former team mates from Babelsberg which means a betrayal of confidence between him and the club. When he signed his contract in Aue this summer, they asked him if he was involved or not. He said no but now it has been proved that he was lying. Nevertheless he is likely to start but such things are not helpful in Aue's bad situation. Bad results, fans became unsatisfied and internal trouble. And also a bad way of playing football on the road. To sum up I'm sure that Frankfurt can't lose here. Aue's only aim will be to achieve a 0:0 but Frankfurt is the much better football team with regard to the technical ability and they should be able to take advantage from it.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September Took -0.25 @1.85 with subscribers this morning. Odds dropped but there is still value in these odds. Nevertheless you should consider to decrease your stake a bit. Germany Bundesliga 2 - 11.09.2011: Union Berlin - Ingolstadt 04 http://www.oddsportal.com/soccer/germany/2-bundesliga-2011-2012/union-berlin-ingolstadt-806253/#ah;2 Union Berlin (-0.25) Odds: 1.71 (PinnacleSports) Stake: 7/10 I do absolutely not understand odds in this match. Simply massive value on the home side. Union Berlin is still as good as in the previous season and among normal circumstances, they should easily achieve a solid midfield rank. Union Berlin is a team which is much stronger in their own stadium where atmosphere is really hot. With regard to the technical ability, Union has always been one of the best teams in the league but because of their weak away displays, they never achieved a good rank in the end of a season. In this season, Union had 3 home and 3 away matches. The 3 away matches were really poor. But their 3 home matches were all very strong. Well, they lost the first one 0:4 to amazing Greuther Furth but it might sound crazy but Union showed a very good display but missed penalty and many golden chances. Then they clearly beat the strong travellers from Paderborn (3:0) and did again deserve to win at home against promotion canidate Bochum (2:1). In both games, they simply showed that they are a good football team which plays with a lot of passion. Let's have a short look on Union's lineup which is most likely: Glinker - Menz, Stuff, Madouni, Kohlmann - Karl - Quiring, Mattuschka, Parensen - Silvio, Terodde The offensive has a lot of firepower. Brazilian guy Silvio has such a strong technical ability and he is someone who can decide close games. Youngster Quiring showed a great development and Mattuschka is anyway one of the best midfielders in this league. Also, their set pieces are one of their strengths. Silvio and Mattuschka are guys who can score directly through free kicks and tall players like Stuff often score through corners. To sum up, Union has massive firepower in the offensive. Nevertheless I do not like their defence very much. Their defence is not bad, so please do not take me wrong, but slow players like Stuff and Madouni do often have problems if they are under pressure. But they do not have to fear anything because Ingolstadt play extremely defensive minded on the road. It sometimes seems that they simply want to keep their sheet clean and not even try to score. But this is of course the wrong strategy to be succesful in Berlin. Also we should not forget that Ingolstadt has been the weakest team of the league if we just look on their performances. Yes, they have money and potential but they have showed nothing so far. Especially away from home they collapsed three times and lost clearly. Last week they got a 3:1 victory at home against poor Rostock but it was completely undeserved. I do not know how much they did pay the referee but they really only won because of the referee. Soft penalty for them and extremely lucky in many situations. At the end of the day 6 of 6 Ingolstadt performances were very bad. They are still completely overrated but something in the team is wrong. Maybe because Leitl who was a superior goalscorer in the previous season is completely out of form. And finally, Ingolstadt has very big injury worries. Six regulars (!) are out due to injury for today. Andersen, Caiuby, Metzelder, Haas and Akaichi are all injured. Akaichi and Caiuby are their two best strikers, Haas their best midfielder. And regular defender Görlitz is suspended. In fact, it's maybe the biggest value of the whole season up to now. Union who are so strong at home and for who these kind of matches are perfect against Ingolstadt who have been the weakest team of the league until now and who have all their best players out due to injury. Line is completely wrong, draw is the worst case but among normal circumstances we will see a home victory.

FT 1:1 - 2 u Half loss here. My unluckiest bet of the whole season so far. Frankfurt hit the post three times (3. minute, 13. minute, 83. minute), the bar (4. minute) and missed two 1vs1 situations in the first half. Aue's lead was out of blue air and only because a FSV defender slided away. Extremely unlucky but I would always play this bet again among these circumstances.

FT 4:1 + 5.95 u (in real) Didn't see the game but radio commentator said that there was class difference between Union and Ingolstadt.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September Got 2.05 in real with customers. Price is still good. Extremely strong Bochum lineup. Germany Bundesliga 2 - 12.09.2011: Dynamo Dresden - VfL Bochum http://www.oddsportal.com/soccer/germany/2-bundesliga-2011-2012/dresden-bochum-806257/#ah;2 VfL Bochum (+0) Odds: 1.92 Stake: 4/10 I don't understand the odds in this match. For example Bochum had 2 matchdays ago roughly same odds away to Union Berlin but there are miles difference between Union and Dresden. In fact, Dresden is the weakest team of the league with regard to the potential. The problem is that they were promoted but had to sell all their good players (Esswein, Schahin, etc) and they bought many new players from all over the world. Manager Loose said that staying in the league won't be possible and he wants to sign more players. But the recent new signings were all not really good. For example Dedic came from today's opponent Bochum and he is simply a poor player and won't solve Dresden's offensive problems. Another problem is that best player Fiel is still out because of injury. Besides the problem is simply that players are not really well-matched and they still need much time to become a competitive Bundesliga2 team. There was only one victory in this season, at home against Union Berlin (4:0). But it was a strange game, Union was clearly better but Dresden suprisingly took the lead and Union gave up and conceded 3 more goals. Bochum faces a huge crisis. Last season it was actually almost the same when they had a really bad start. I remember when they lost 1:4 at home against Ingolstadt and then they started a matchless comeback with 12 victories, 3 draws and 0 defeats. Well, these are nevertheless snows of yesteryear but Bochum was recently really unlucky. They do not have a problem with their attitude and they do not play against their manager. For example the last two home games where they lost twice against the top teams Sankt Pauli and Furth, they were actually better in both games. For example against Furth, they were dominating but Furth scored 4 goals out of 4 goalscoring opportunities. But Bochum played well and I am sure that a weak team like Dresden won't be so clinical like Furth was. Another important fact could be the likely return of most important player Dabrowski. Also, best striker Jong Tae-Se is likely to play at least one half. New signing Inui recently proved that he is one of the best football players in this league and he will make a lot of trouble for Dresden's rather weak and slow defence. In the end of the day we simply have two teams with two completely different claims. Dresden is the weakest team of the league and staying-up would be a big suprise, Bochum is a team with great potential which was recently simply very unlucky. Also, Bochum is a team on which I love to back away from home. They are not weaker away than at home. Bochum must be favourite here, I'm glad to take the level line.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September FT 2:1 - 4 u Lost this bet because of a sending-off in the 45th minute and a free-kick goal of Dresden in the same situation. Then another direct free kick to the 2:0. The 2:1 was too late. We wouldnt have lost this bet if Inui woudnt have been sent off. It was a very harsh Red Card.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September Germany Bundesliga 2 - 23.10.2011: Sankt Pauli - FSV Frankfurt http://www.oddsportal.com/soccer/germany/2-bundesliga-2011-2012/st-pauli-fsv-frankfurt-806295/ Sankt Pauli (-1.25) Odds: 2.02 (SBOBET) Stake: 5/10 Sankt Pauli has to recover from a 1:3 defeat of the top clash last Monday night against Fortuna Dusseldorf where they had to realise that there is still a gap between them and the top 3 of the league. The positive thing is that Sankt Pauli is a team with a fantastic team spirit which is why they are always extra motivated after defeats. Today they face against the easiest opponent of the league, FSV Frankfurt. Frankfurt is patently the poorest team of the league especially now when a few important key players are out due to injury respectively doubtful. As a matter of fact I talk about their strongest winger Fillinger who will definitely miss this match as well as playmaker Yelen who is highly doubtful. Frankfurt was okay in the early stages of the season and they got two away victories against poor teams with joke defences (4:0 in Karlsruhe, 3:1 in Aachen) on the road but in fact they recently showed several pathetic displays. Their home match against poor Cottbus last week was beneath contempt when they were unable to create one single goal chance at home against one of the poorest defences of the league. I do even have the impression that they play against manager Boysen but in fact they do not have any team spirit. The week before they won 3:1 against bottom ranked Aachen but only because Aachen's defence invited them three times. Prior to the Aachen-match they showed another pathetic display at home against Braunschweig where they got an extremely lucky 1:1. A good comparison to today's match was their display in Munich in September. 1860 Munich is like a weak version of Pauli - smaller home advantage, quality wise slightly inferior but roughly the same style of playing football. Howsoever, Frankfurt lost 4:0 and it is hard to explain with words how chanceless they were. Not one single attempt on goal in 90 minutes and big errors in the defence. Another match against a top team was against local rival Eintracht Frankfurt where they clearly lost 0:4, too. To me, Frankfurt will surely relegate in this season because they have bad quality, no home advantage and obviously no good team spirit. Pauli was very constant in this season so far, well they lost 2:3 at home to below average team Aue but Aue showed their best performance for a few years in this match and it was something special. Also Aue has good team spirit, Frankfurt has not. Another important point is that Frankfurt usually gives up after being one goal down, therefore very good chance that Pauli will cover this handicap. Pauli has two absences, defender Thorandt and striker Ebbers. Thorandt is easy to replace, Morena will be able to replace him equally and nevertheless the back four will not be important in this match. Striker Ebbers is vital for them, replacement Sliskovic was poor last Monday .. manager Schubert has to find a better option there, I hope that Schindler will move from the offensive midfield to the striker position. But nevertheless almost all scored goals from Pauli are scored through their amazing midfield which is one of the strongest (perhaps even the strongest one) of the whole league. To sum up it should be a very comfortable victory at home against this poor team Frankfurt. Frankfurt is the perfect opponent for Pauli today, Frankfurt has zero self-confidence, injury worries, bad team spirit, low quality, deep crisis .. should really be a very easy home match today. Question was if I should take the -1.25 or - 1.5 .. actually Pauli should easily win this with two or more goals difference but I prefer -1.25 to cover the close victory (if Frankfurt will be stronger than expected) and then some larger stakes.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga II - 9-12 September (Was in the wrong thread) FT 2:1 - 2.5u (half loss) Comfortable 2:0 lead until 75' minute when Pauli player smashs a ball on the post .. and then a counter and 30 seconds later Frankfurt got one back and scored the 2:1. So it was 2:1 instead of 3:0 but Pauli was simply too lazy in the second half. At least I took -1.25 and not -1.5.
