Ok that went quicker than I expected so Hill -1.5 frames at 2.25 is a green ✔️

    Ymer to beat Prizmic
Ymer may not have had a great year but on his day can produce some good quality tennis, hoping he can be inspired by his last round victory over Bautista Agut plus having the home crowd on his side should hopefully play a part against the talented young Prizmic

Aaron Hill to beat (-1.5 frames) David Lilley at 2.25 with Leovegas
I'm gonna go with Hill tonight, I think this guy earned his place at the ranking event in Wuhan and reached the quarter. Lilley turned pro 43 years old and all he's done is winning the seniors. Hill as the younger and better player could eventually take this by 2 or 3 frames so I think I'll go with Hill by two or more.

Guodong is one of the most frustrating players to bet on. He literally can be world-class or an absolute pile of crap.

what just happened in the Guodong/Sijun 6th frame is snooker for me at the moment, on the whole
need Guodong just to win a frame. Sijun needs snookers and he pots the white and sets up Sijun to win 4-1. Xu Si does the business but same old nonsense 1 win and 1 loss. Ruins any worthwhile return from the 4-fold

I'm taking a few today. I can't imagine there being less than 6 frames in the Guodong v Sijun match. Both players are playing well and scoring well, too. Ursenbacher has lost to every Chinese player that he's played this year. (5) including a 5-2 loss to Xu SI. He's lost his last 6 in a row to Chinese players spanning several years. I'll give a 4-fold a try, too. I'll add Fu and Dott to the two below. Fu has beaten Jones in the last twice and 4 out of the last 5. Dott has been away from the table for a little but but I still think his underlying quality is more than Olly Lines.
3.5pts Over 5.5 frames - Guodong vs Sijun 4/7 Paddypower
2.5pts Xu Si (-1.5 frames) to beat Ursenbacher 6/5 Will Hill
    ------------------------------------------------
    1pt 4-fold - Over 5.5 frames Guodong v Sijun / Xu Si / Fu / Dott 7/1 Paddypower

Jodie Burrage to beat Tamara Korpatsch at 1.53 with Unibet
I didn't trust Korpatsch against Bai and I don't trust her against Burrage either. Burrage has been playing well recently and she has the right mix of aggression to put Korpatsch against more pressure that she can handle, especially indoors.

    Tennis (Stockholm):
    Rune - Kecmanovic @ 2.30 | 1/10 👍
Rune dod win only one match since Wimbledon, and that was against FAA, who was also totaly out of form back then (OT.: FAA still is out of form, but it slowly gets better). Kecmanovic won some games, although nothing special or explicitly notable. That was whzy i was hoping vor a higher quota, which didn't happen. I'll take him anyway small.

Anthony Hamilton to beat (+1.5 frames) Chris Wakelin at 1.64 with Unibet
Thinking of Wakelin as a bit of overestimated right now since he won his first ranking title at the Shootout last season.

    No, 4-0 or 4-1 job I reckon.
Just the one for me today. Highfield looked good last week and ran out of steam when he got to Ali Carter. I think he beats Doherty by a couple of frames as a minimum. Doherty has hit two 50+ breaks in the last four matches combined. They've played three times and Highfield has won all three. Two of those covered this handicap and that's without the form that Liam has shown this past week.
3pts Highfield -1.5 frames to beat Doherty 5/6 Paddypower
1pt Highfield -2.5 frames to beat Doherty 2/1 William Hill

Mai Hontama to beat Nadia Podoroska at 1.90 with Unibet
Hontama managed to beat Podoroska in straight sets not that long ago in Osaka, and I can definitely see a repeat of that here. Hontama is just too patient for Podoroska, who oftentimes errors herself out of the contention by pushing too hard.

Jessica Pegula to win WTA Seoul 2023 at 1.73 with Bet365
Clearly the best player left in the field, playing well at the moment, and she's also getting the crowd support due to her Korean heritage. Happy to pick this up even at short odds.

    Good morning all,

    Paolini to beat Siegemund

My reasoning for this is that I was very impressed with Paolini’s patient and overall consistent tennis in her victory  over Garcia in the previous round, I’m also factoring in that Paolini has had an extra days rest ahead of this match up and maybe Siegemund played a 3 match yesterday and I’m interested to see how see follows up at the age of 35.

Also looking at playing Paolini to win in 3 sets.

    Parrizas-Diaz @2.70/80 bf
The Spanish have been playing better tennis than Alize so far in the tournament, she looked very determined and hitting well vs. Sharma, with some wobbles vs. Bassols but still coming ahead. Cornet didn’t look at her best frankly so far, slow pace and unusual conservative tennis… she will have the crowd on her side but Parrizas-Diaz is a veteran that have played under all kind of different circumstances and I don’t think she will be bothered much. I see clear value in these odds. H2H 1-0 Parrizas-Diaz

    Trevisan to beat Siniakova @2.02
    H2H 1-1
    About same standard of skill.
About same condition - both not at their best
I think Trevisan is more motivated!

You should know that she took a MTO yesterday, so if the match goes the distance, it could have an impact.

    Yuan @1.65 bf
Yuan has played some amazing tennis vs. Bouzkova today, almost flawless… even if her level  will drop tomorrow by a 30/40% I don’t see her losing to Bektas.

    Good morning all
I was looking at Yuan to win too but I she did take a medical time out and for a 2 set match it went on for nearly 3 hours.

my pick today is Dimitrov to beat Rublev
    Head 2 head is 3-3.

This is a big occasion for Dimitrov, who is having his best season since 2017, I’m hoping his previous 2 victories will give him the confidence to take the victory here too, as long as his forehand and serve are on point as they have been in Shanghai so far.

Ronnie looks determined but just clung on to win against Pang so he does look vulnerable. Not used to his new tip yet by the looks of it. Maybe Lisowski will get his first title on Sunday! Would be nice to have a local winner and there are still 6 of them left in the L16.

Qinwen Zheng to beat Anhelina Kalinina at 1.67 with Bet365
Zheng has improved massively since her loss against Rybakina, and I expect her to continue producing good performances, like the one against Sakkari. Kalinina wasn't too convincing against Zvonareva, she just benefitted from the veteran's not-so-great fitness in tough conditions, but that isn't something she'll benefit from against Zheng, who is looking very fit at the moment (and there will be a day off for both anyway). I'm not a big fan of Kalinina at the moment, and I'm happy to oppose her here.
