The Punters Lounge £150 added Poker League continues for April.  All games are played in the PokerStars Home Games PL Poker Club.
Leg 1 : Wednesday 4th April at 20.00 GMT in the PL Poker Club Home Game. 
Leg 2 : 11th April
Leg 3 : 18th April
Leg 4 : 25th April
Buy in is $5.50 per leg.
The £150 added will be split between the top 3 players of the league end, with £75 to league winner, £45 to 2nd and £30 to 3rd.  This will be payable via PayPal at the end of the league.  Big thank you to SirPuntalot and Punters Lounge for the added funds.
Your top 3 scores of the 4 legs will count towards your league total. We will be using the usual PL league format, which will be updated in this post. (The PokerStars own league scores will not be used.) Formula is -Log(position/Entrants)x100

Well done to muttley who wins tonight and leapfrogs into 2nd place in the final table.    Yet another podium finish for thebestthere secures the champions spot with Vince managing to hold off all opposition to take 3rd place.
Well done winners and to all who played this month and made it such a competitive and entertaining league.
 
 
 

Pleased to have won a very competitive league although I had a lot of luck.Please excuse me for not chatting during the games this is due to me multi tabling and needing to concentrate as I am not as young as I used to be.

The value bet must be Burnley to beat West Brom away from home. 
Burnley have picked up 21 points on the road and sit 7th in the away table. West Brom are rock bottem on the home table and overall table and look awful.  Even money its a very good bet. 

I also read somewhere that Alan Pardew has only won 2 of his last 28 matches as a Premier League manager. He has literally forgotten how to win in the top flight.

2018 Cheltenham Tipsters Competition
 
We shall be running a tipsters competition for the Cheltenham Festival starting on March 13th The winner and two runners up will receive cash prizes.
 Please find all the rules below. I will put up the selection threads each day and the table each evening. Anyone wanting to enter in advance due to lack of access let me know via PM. No need to register, just turn up on the day
 
Rules:
1 selection per race throughout the 4 days at Cheltenham Bets settled to £1 level stakes - WIN Only Bets settled at SP Highest accumulative total over 4 days wins £60 cash (via PayPal) Runner Up wins £25 and the third place wins £15, all prizes via your PayPal account. No edits allowed in selection posts No losses incurred for losers or Non Runners Replacement selections for NR's can be posted but must be before the first race deadline All Bets must be posted prior to the first race each day (no exceptions) Not compulsory to enter all 4 days (so if you miss the first day or two you can still take part) Leaderboard posted each evening All welcome
