Might as well resurrect this thread since the Welsh started today, let's see if Luca's miserable season continues though if he loses to Jun he should really retire! Judd would rather go on holiday and Ronnie comes up with another lame excuse when he would have had a decent chance of cementing his number-one ranking this week.

Even Ronnie seemed happy with his performance against Ding, let's hope for a good final tomorrow.
-
I hope he makes it 8-8-8 in May!
-
Match is back on at 5-6, Ali's little bumhole must be twitching now as we enter a very important spell of the final.
-
Your bets are looking good at 5-3 ahead, I'm still hoping that Ali crumbles tonight but he's got a great chance to lift his first major.
-
He can't complain about the chances he(Mark) had to make it closer, hope Ali gets stuffed by Ronnie tomorrow! 17-1 H2H doesn't bode well for him. Reminds me of that funny tennis quote by Vitis Geralitis about getting beaten 17 times in a row.

Anyone heard of the snookertable standing on a huge piece of chalk built 400 years ago somewhere in England?
Nope.
The crowd got their money's worth, what a titanic battle as Allen squeaks through. Selby was very patchy though. The 147 was great as he'd shown nothing up till then, also could have gone 5-1 down and that would have been curtains.

Agreed, he just won in Macau so hopefully will continue his run of form. It would be great if Ronnie wins his eighth Masters this weekend.
-
Shame about the missed 147 when the balls were perfect but Jack continues his good run of form from Macau and wins easily in the end.

Enjoy! Good to have an interest in the tournament, Luca has been pish since last May so it would take a big turnaround for him to produce here. I'm hoping for a Judd/Ronnie final again.

Higgins is starting to make a habit of losing from seemingly winning positions, Noppon played great though and I hope he can pull off a win tomorrow, every chance I reckon.

Wow, Gary vs Joe, what a match and what a finish...

Bit cheeky of Ronnie to turn up in the Eurosport studio after his last-minute "health reasons" withdrawal from the tournament

I didn't(BF don't seem to offer in-play betting although others do) - you would think that there might be opportunities to gain an edge due to the delay in TV transmissions say when a player misses a pot and leaves the table open for a clearance.

Lot of big names out today, Luca was garbage as was Selby. There were still 4 matches going after midnight and now Lam vs Graham final frame starting at 1.15am!
-
Stevens definitely had a great chance and Cahill should have beaten Luca, some shocking frames today! I almost thought about popping along after 10pm but was too lazy, would have been worth it as they didn't finish until 12.30am with Jimmy White winning the decider on the black!

I hope you didn't give in to temptation, I've never seen Moody play before but I wasn't impressed by what I saw today. Luca seems to be on fire and it would be a good final between him and Higgins:-)
