  1. Leeds v Hull looks like a btts and over 2.5 goal to me,despite Leeds has only 22% of their home games ending with over 2.5 goals i believe that Hull, who is in the third POS on the last 8 matches table will score but since both teams scoring and conceding mostly at SH i ll wait till HT to place my bet if the score at HT is 0-0 i ll bet on over 1.5 goals if there is a goal on FH,no matter which team scored it,i ll bet on btts and over 2.5 in any other scenario i wont place a bet

  2. If Chelsea win, Valencia must win, but Ajax need only draw to advance. I think the 4.50 or so on offer for the X in Ajax and Inter will be too good to pass up.

  3. Stoke City v Luton Town So the game taking my fancy tonight in the Championship is the rib tickler that is Stoke City against Luton. Both teams love conceding goals. It's like they've both forgot the rules of the game. Clean sheet ratio for both teams this season is as follows: Luton ONCE in FIFTEEN games. Stoke TWICE in FIFTEEN games. That's 3 times between them in 30 games. So in 90% of the games played between both teams they have conceded at least 1 goal. I suspect a 2-1 win for either team. Both Teams To Score @ 1.80! Over 2.5 Goals @ 1.78 Prediction: Stoke City 2 - 1 Luton Town Note: ELO ratings suggest Stoke City should win this by at least 14 goals.

  4. Basically, it's a qualifying duel. In it, I will choose Ajax. I think it has the first reason, because of its location, experience and quality. Valencia are bound to win if Chelsea win in London. So the Dutch will find more free space to do their job, easier AJAX AMSTERDAM vs CF VALENCIA @@ AJAX AMSTERDAM, odds 1.60 Inter, due to the upcoming Barcelona changes and strong motivation, is a favorite on the betting pages. Although it will not be an easy night, I expect a strong battle, where both teams will score. INTER MILANO vs FC BARCELONA @@ Both team to score, odds 1.67 Liverpool are certainly the first, because of their experience, quality and flair, as the Reds have a draw. Salzburg are forced to look for victory and always play aggressively at home. I think both teams will find at least one goal in the match, with over 2.5 at odds. FC SALZBURG vs LIVERPOOL FC @@ +2.50 Over, odds 1.40

  5. The Nap selection on Saturday landed with ease as Leiston hammered Redditch 6-0 and it was good to get Boreham Wood over the line as well. Slough should have been a winning bet as well as they had 20 shots to Braintree's 2 and yet could only score 1. There isn't much on this week, but I have a treble and a strong bet on Tuesday night. Alvechurch v Coalville Coalville are having a good season and were unlucky not to win on Saturday as only a late penalty gave Stourbridge a share of the points in a 1-1 draw. That means they have lost just twice in their last 10 games and they face a poor Alvechurch side who are really struggling this season after losing their manager to Stourbridge. They were well beaten by Lowestoft 4-0 on Saturday which made it 5 defeats on the bounce and they have conceded at least twice in all of them. They have only won 3 games all season and with Leiston looking set to climb the table they are going to be struggling to survive. In my view Coalville should be odds on so more than happy with the 11/10 with Bet365 and BetVictor. Treble All these 3 are home teams who look worth putting together in a treble which pays 3.2/1 with Marathon. Gosport host Dorchester who have been in awful form and they sacked their manager after losing yet again on Saturday. Truro are top of their league at the moment having lost just 3 times in 18 games. They host Merthyr and should be too strong for them. Tamworth look like they are walking away with their league and it should be another 3 points for them as they host Needham Market. Coalville 3pts @ 11/10 with Bet365 and BetVictor Gosport/Truro/Tamworth 1pt Treble @ 3.2/1 with Marathon

  7. Lyon v Leipzig Betting suggestion: both teams to score & over 2,5 @1,80 Pinnacle Short preview: As you probably know, I simply love to take handicaps on Leipzig in Bundesliga, as they really play impressive football, especially up-front. With 30 points and by far the best goal difference in Bundesliga, they are currently only a point behind Gladbach, and I still see them as the biggest “challenger” for Bayern than anyone Gladbach and BVB for example. Their tonight’s opponent won their last match on Friday really comfortably and had a day more to prepare for this match. Konate and Orban are still out, which means the defensive line of “bulls” aren’t as strong as it could be. Garcia is missing both fullbacks, Kone and Dubois, as well, so the main problems of both managers regarding injuries are in defense, which is a “positive” fact to our pick. Both teams are currently at 7 points in the group, therefore the importance of this match is enormous. Logical thinking would be, so they will try to tighten up in defense and play a bit more carefully than usual. Well, both teams conceded 16 goals in their domestic leagues, they both conceded 6 in 5 rounds of Champions League, and on the other hand, they scored 28 and 39 in domestic leagues … What I’m trying to say is, that the main strength of these two is up-front. Both managers have some great forwards in their hands and I simply think that the team who will win tonight, will have to score at least 2… Ajax v Valencia Betting suggestion: both teams to score & over 2,5 @1,78 Pinnacle Short preview: the same pick once again, but this time mainly because Valencia will have to push for the win in Amsterdam, and I consider both teams pretty shaky at the back, and once again pretty decent offensively. The first goalie of Ajax, Onana has some problems but will probably start the match. Out are Neres and Promes, which means ten Hag might start with the veteran Huntelaar as number 9. With the last two wins in La Liga against Villarreal and Levante, Valencia players have raised the atmosphere in the locker room a bit and they are definitely going in Amsterdam without any fear. Lille is out, therefore Chelsea should get an easy win, which means they will be at 11 points, while Ajax and Valencia will fight for the 2nd ticket in knockout phases. A draw would be enough for Ajax and that’s why I expect Valencia to start offensively from the very beginning. With all the experiences Ajax possesses in Champions League, I literally have no doubts they will create dozens of chances in counters. Unfortunately, ten Hag can not count on pacey Promes and Neres, but still, with creativity level of van den Beek, Tadić, Ziyech, … they have more than enough to harm the opponent. Celades will miss some players as well – Gomez, Cillesen, Cheryshev, Kondogbia, Guedes, Sobrino are out due to injuries, while the center back Garay will miss due to suspension.

  9. Nice preview as always Mr. Day. Haaland anytime scorer is a great shout and a great price too @ 2.43 (although I can't find him anywhere at that now - best I can find is Betway @ 2.20) - might just join you on that one. Not so keen on Liverpool HT/FT. I don't think Sazlburg will get caught with their pants down this time and end up 3 down in less time than it takes Spurs to replace a manager. I am a huge fan of the way Sazlburg play and I believe they are the most exciting team to watch in the competition. They are pure football, pure attack, pure joy. They are the Ajax of the competition this year and I really don't want them to go out at this stage and you know what? I think they have a decent chance of hanging around a bit longer. Liverpool haven't really set the Champions League on fire by any means this season but still top the group. They lost 1-0 away to Napoli and I honestly thought they were outplayed at Anfield (but for the first half hour) and Sazlburg deserved at least a draw last time out. When it was 3-3 the Austrians looked far more dangerous than Liverpool did. A little bit of magic from what has to be said was a very poor Mo Salah on the night was enough to clinch it 4-3. If Sazlburg start off the same way as they finished the game at Anfield then Liverpool could be in for a tough night. I hope it's the case and I hope they make Liverpool dig deep and make for another superbly entertaining game. Like every game in what I believe is the strongest and most exciting group in the competition I believe this will have lots of goals and be largely unpredictable. However I can't see Salzburg losing with the home support they have. In the other game I also see a struggling Napoli side perhaps drawing or scraping a win against a sturdy Genk team. Over 3.5 @ 1.95

  11. In general, if you think Arsenal will be hard-pressed to get a win (I have WHU to win at 3.60), it is better to take either the win or the draw rather than DNB. Yes, it is no fun being right and losing your stake, but you'll do better over time by going for the higher priced option (whichever you choose). With DNB you're basically making the same bet, but you don't win anything if the match ends in a draw. Think of it this way, you have a 60% or 65% chance of being right, but only a 30% chance of cashing the ticket. And if you guess right, you'll win 2.5 times your stake or 3 times your stake. I thought about taking the draw, as it's even higher priced at 4.12, but home dogs in EPL at this range of odds get outright wins at a slightly higher rate than draws.

  13. Great preview as always @StevieDay1983 If there was ever a game you wanted to be on Amazon Prime it's this one. Even the most dedicated Arsenal fan would take 90 minutes of buffering over 5 minutes of Bellerin at the moment. Oh and thanks for the Aubamayang not scoring against West Ham in his last 3 appearances, Stevie. You've just woke up The Hammers back four. This is probably one of the most unpredictable games you will find tonight ?. So much so ,that I'm going to tell you the exact result and how many corners there will be. West Ham beat Chelsea 1-0 game before last. You know how? cause Chelsea had 30 shots on goal and didn't score any. If a fifth of their shots ON target went in they'd have beaten them comfortably. They have been destroyed and play off the park in each of their last 5 games - including the win. Honestly, the ELO ratings must have sh*t themselves in that fixture. Arsenal meanwhile have decided that there's no such thing as a mid-table battle and have dived worse than old Cristiano in the box. Quickly. They're looking like a team out of ideas. They're looking like a team that don't even want to come up with ideas. It's a bizarre situation and one that looks like it may continue, but, it can't, this is Arsenal. I hope and think much like Spurs they will reach a wall and decide that they will have to smash through that wall before anything good will happen, like winning a game. I said this game was unpredictable but for the life of me I can't see how Arsenal can lose another game.I mean I can, too easily. With that said I actually think a draw may actually offer both managers a little light relief - although a win would most certainly give either manager a HUGE and well needed boost. What to do? How to play? Who knows? I'm going against Stevie here but feel we will both end up with our wager back: Arsenal to win draw no bet @ 1.55
