Carl
Re: Smash and grab. Semi Precious - 2.50 - Plumpton NAP Unwise to go overboard about his defeat of modest opposition in a novice handicap at Hereford, though he did impress with his jumping for a chasing debutant over a trip quite possibly short of his best; raised 8lb for that but looks progressive. Global Achiever in the 2.40 at Wolverhampton Best form is on this course but this trip seems at the limit of stamina, worn down in C&D classified event prior to good third back at minimum trip last time; should go well again but others may stay on better.E/W If both of these lose then i will change my username to Sue for one week :ok Thats how confident i am today :)

Dads Lad in the 1.40 at Bangor E/W Stays very well and creditable seconds to his name on both completed starts this term, but needs to pull out more to win this and does not look the best handicapped. Tanterari - 2.10 - Bangor WIN Two wins already this month, comfortably in 3m1f novice handicap at Plumpton (soft) and in facile fashion for 2m6f conditionals event at Fontwell (good); this is a much, much harder contest but he can run off 1lb lower mark than at Fontwell and chances are that he began handicap career off hugely favourable mark, so hard to oppose on hat-trick bid.:ok
Colmar
Re: Smash and grab. Good form today Herp. Dads lad was in with a shout of that race. Going hand in hand with the leader until the last fence. Tanterari was extremely cheeky the day. Another great shout. It coasted along in second before the last but on landing just stretched away easily from the leader. Two great shouts and very unlucky not to have two returns today. Hope this is the start of another run of yours??!! Col
