The SF (£10) was also returned in that race with Supercast chasing him home. fintron Posted March 2, 2009 Author Share Posted March 2, 2009 Re: Horses for Courses All-weather system I'm leaving this thread to rest for a little now, a decision I've taken not because of P/L, as things were going okay with it, but because I'm cutting back on the time I spend on racing, and as I'm not backing all of those in the system it seems pretty pointless to keep posting them all up and spending ages working out the results. fintron Posted November 14, 2009 Author Share Posted November 14, 2009 Re: Horses for Courses All-weather system Now the flat season has ended I have decided to spend a little bit of time looking into this again as the results from the forecasts were encouraging before. When I was last working on this in March I modified the original system, applying filters to the qualifiers to try improve profit, but those filters did not apply for forecast purposes, selections for forecasts came from the simple system - which identified qualifiers as a horse with a CD win in its last three runs. I aim to try this for a few weeks or so and see how things pan out.
