Re: e-sports league - CVG Poker Champions

Bad luck, Al. Been there, done that... too many times. On a more positive note - Red Aces just departed in 7th at my table. :ok
thats good because they had another out in 17th,so we still have a good chance:ok

Re: e-sports league - CVG Poker Champions Have they cleared that week 8 & 15 (or whatever it was) problem yet? If not, I wouldn't break out the champagne just yet. But regardless of what happens with that, we should definitely be top 3. Anywhere from a nice to a really nice little payday. More money to put towards that DSLR I'm after. :loon

Re: e-sports league - CVG Poker Champions rofl - no way it can be "too late" to sort out week 8 and 15 - you cannot award extra points to players for being eliminated and remove points for players still in -that's ridiculous and cannot be left as it is - having said that, it now looks like it will be insignificant (in the battle for 3rd and 4th - what wider impact it has, I havent a clue).....

Re: e-sports league - CVG Poker Champions

Does it matter how many weeks have gone by? If it's wrong it's wrong - you cannot just arbitrarily decide to award more points to eliminated players :loon
i agree, but how long do we wait for 1week,4 weeks, a year? and what about the money....? a lot of questions and no answers because they are incompetent

Re: e-sports league - CVG Poker Champions Well - with the wrong scores, you lose the league by one point - are you sure you dont want the correct scores sorted? :tongue2 Quite big gaps between each of the other top 5, so probably unaffected (though 5th - 6th is close).....

Re: e-sports league - CVG Poker Champions If I read that table right, we were actually advantaged, rather than disadvantaged, in week 8. So if anything, I'm pretty sure we'd lose the league by more than one point, were the scores to be fixed. Sooo... congrats to the Red Aces! :cheers A bit of a shame that we miss out by a point (or two... or three... or whatever.) But if you'd have offered me 2nd place before the season, I think I would've taken it. :ok

Re: e-sports league - CVG Poker Champions I think you've won it guys. :clap I think we maybe should lose a couple less points than you for week 8, but you should gain at least 7 points on us for week 15. I don't think any of the others can catch either team. :clap Well played - a good fight to the death. :loon
