ELO ratings, where for art thou???

Been trying to bring up the ELO ratings for Serie A and La Liga but the cupboards are bare.

I felt I should let you know, but you may already know, do you know? let me know.

@tschurchy @Fader Must admit I always forget to reference the availability of the ratings when putting the midweek/weekend threads up but then perhaps just as well if they're not actually there! 

Is there an issue that's fixable guys, so that those who swear by them can continue their cursing?
