I can't help wondering how Retirement Beckons was chosen though. "Retirement Beckons Nine-time winner on turf but this year's AW form has been very disappointing." This was the RP comment. Fascinating stuff. It's almost as if some sneaky bugger laid turf around the course between 8 and 8.30 pm tonight Edited March 1 by The Equaliser MCLARKE and Donnyflyer
Bill11
"Kinky handicapping by Mark Crammer "was how I chose him.Tried looking for the invisible parts of his form that could have led to a jump up performance .Troubled start last out and rushed up to challenge for half the race .Sire is avg on both surfaces so I figured since he at least took hold of the ground last out it was possible the the (AW) was not the issue . Had good form in past on turf and thought today might be the day he put it all together on AWAlso the favourites didn't inspire alot of confidence , and race looked suspect .Anyway that's what I saw , hope this helps (Eq ) bymatrix, LEE-GRAYS, MinellaWorksop and 3 others 5

MCLARKE
No, you've got me this time I did miss off the EW, it does happen occasionally I will adjust in the next table There is a fair amount of manual input so it's worth checking, I don't take offence ! Probably 50/50 that we'll be playing you lot next season. MinellaWorksop and Donnyflyer 1

After the first 10 to 15 games it looked like we were on track for the record lowest points score in the Championship. MCLARKE
