Roma, with their coach, and their squad seems to have more experience compared to Leverkusen. However, after seeing the lineups (Dybala and Sharawy benched), it looks like Mourinho wouldn't be unhappy with a draw, plus Leverkusen usually good at euro away games, makes it hard to guess.
