StevieDay1983 Posted April 19, 2021 Share Posted April 19, 2021 It has been confirmed that the new European Super League is going ahead. 12 teams have been announced as founding members consisting of Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, AC Milan, and Inter Milan. There are rumours that PSG, Bayern Munich, and Porto are also being lined up to join. How do you feel about this? Would you bet on this league? How dare they attempt what was essentially an aggressive coup against the very sport we love. I will never forget the names of the owners who drove this vanity project. I was actually looking forward to seeing what life would be like without these greedy entities. Having committed to it you thought they might have tried to brazen it out a bit longer. They all look ridiculous (as well as despicable) now. They've been taken aback by the reaction of the "legacy" fans? Surely you don't plunge headfirst into something like this without having done a bit of market research!
