Re: Vanarama Conference September 9th/10th Any thoughts on Macclesfield? 12/5 with Bet Vics, but under 2/1 elsewhere. Three wins and three draws before going down by the only goal at Chester, so a decent start to the season Obviously Halifax are a decent side but they're better at home. I think Macc are possibly overpriced, although perhaps the draw is a danger. Macc DNB 6/4

I can sort of see where you are coming from, but the Halifax train doesn't show too many signs of stopping. The important thing though is Macclesfield work very hard as a team and I can see Halifax finding it hard work. I can certainly see them possibly getting a draw.

Re: Vanarama Conference September 9th/10th My shortlist is Alfreton, Braintree, forest green and Gateshead. Alfreton much improved Saturday,a massive price against alty Braintree continue to perform well at this level against a struggling welling forest green have been disappointing lately but Nuneaton look woeful Gateshead should win comfortably against Telford

Re: Vanarama Conference September 9th/10th In a real rush so no detail here, but Wrexham to win at Bristol is a play for me. We haven't clicked at home but are 100% away from home and take on a team still finding their feet in the conference. We had been ropey at the back but have brought Hunt back on loan to protect what was our weaker flank. In Moult we have a striker in form but others have chipped in, all without our best midfielder. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using PL Forum

Wrexham were value but the price is now a best of 3.1 from 3.4 yesterday. Personally I'll be backing Dartford, Macclesfield and Nuneaton and leaving Torquay and Southport alone. I'm annoyed at not jumping on the Wrexham price that looked the pick of the bunch. Edited to add Torquay are removed as well, I should have checked just before posting but checked just after posting and at a best price 2.1 they no longer are worthy of consideration. Edited minutes after the original post.

Re: Vanarama Conference September 9th/10th TV preview: 4pts Dover vs Barnet - Over 2.5 goals 5/6 BetVictor I think we’ll see some goals in this match. Dover look like a side who’ve got goals in them, especially with the prolific Ricky Miller up top for them now, but they also look like a side who could well ship a few at the other end too. Barnet definitely have goals in them so I like the idea of there being more than 2.5 goals in the game. Barnet could cover this on their own but I like the idea of Dover notching at home too so the overs should be safe here. Re: Vanarama Conference September 9th/10th A late Alty eqiualiser was a real killer tonight, but the treble came in at least. Hats off to YFF with a great pick on Nuneaton at big odds. Should mention Woking's cracking start to the season here as well for those of you who followed me in at 40s/50s.

Re: Vanarama Conference September 9th/10th Kev mentioned Barnet could cover the 2.5 goals themselves and they did. Barnet were solid and scored three decent goals and just had that little bit too much class for Dover. To be fair Dover were unlucky not to get at least one and I think they will have enough to survive this season.
