Re: England > Midweek > Skrill N & S, Northern, Southern & Ryman Prem Nov 4-6 after opposing Redditch many times over the last few years I am actually backing them to win tonight against chippenham who seem to be in turmoil, losing and conceding 13 in their last two games and sacking their manager in the process while he was on holiday with his missus celebrating his fortieth birthday!! Redditch have put a few results together recently and had david bridgewater and kyle Patterson on the bench Saturday,if these two were only on the bench then things must be looking up at the valley, patterson I saw a couple of years ago at hednesford and he got a move to tamworth on the strength of his performances and bridgewater has been a steady midfielder for years at this level .ex blues youngster Ashley sammons was expected to make the grade at st Andrews but somehow has ended up at Redditch, still he has been scoring a few goals from midfield recently as he attempts to revive what looked to be a very promising career, I saw him play for brum against Liverpool in the youth cup about four years ago and he was quality but injuries have curtailed him by the looks of things. chippenham look to be in dire straits and are looking for their third manager this season so Redditch at anything near evens are worth taking imo

Re: England > Midweek > Skrill N & S, Northern, Southern & Ryman Prem Nov 4-6 One question about Bromley-Chelmsford and Hednesford town-Colwyn Bay games. Both Bromley and Hednesford town(both top of their divisions)host teams in deep crysis.Chelmsford seems to be in a freefall losing their last 3 games concedeing 10 goals in them against 1...On the other hand Bromley have won their last 2 games against Maidenhead and Dorchester who seem to be relegation material right now.But i don't rate Chelmsford being a better team than Maidenhead and Dorchester? On the other hand another group leader Hednesford welcomes Colwyn Bay who in fact is not in such a bad shape as Chelmsford but Hednesford looks very very solid, winning their last couple of fixtures. As a matter of fact all of them were on the road.Hednesford have won all their 5 games at home. It's been almost a month since their last home game, they face Colwyn Bay and the price looks fair to me given the Hednesford form but i reckon there might be some injuries or suspensions and etc..

Anyway my intentions are to play a double on them at evens

Re: England > Midweek > Skrill N & S, Northern, Southern & Ryman Prem Nov 4-6 i am going to the hednesford game tonight, they should win but they are way too short for me to bet on, from what I have seen there isn't that much difference between the top teams and the bottom teams in this league. .hednesford also have a massive 1st round fa cup game against crawley on Saturday which makes me a little cautious

Re: England > Midweek > Skrill N & S, Northern, Southern & Ryman Prem Nov 4-6 bet365 are betting on the lower non league games this evening(northern league 1), I have taken a short priced treble on Chesham to beat Bedford, hemel to bash bashley and Halesowen to beat kidsgrove, 4-9,1-3 and 4-9. I don't like betting on short priced favourites but this looks like a decent shout, chesham and hemel speak for themselves whilst Halesowen are hosting bottom of the table kidsgrove . i have also taken a small bet on Halesowen ht/ft at 11-10. chasetown host Bedworth in a bottom of the table northern league div one clash and could be worth interest at 10-11 imo, all these games will be inrunning at bet365 by the way

I agree with BG on Hednesford: the cup game is a massive distraction. It's not guaranteed that they will be taking it easy of course, but it's something to add into the pricing mix and we saw before the last round how it affected Ferriby when they played Guiseley (perhaps a difference here is that Hednesford have a bit more of a cup pedigree than Ferriby and there will be less excitement in the club). Overall, I am not sure there is much in 8/13 Hednesford as Colwyn Bay have been reasonable away from home - they are not as physically well equipped as Hednesford but they counter-attack well. Chelmsford - as well as losing their manager and playing poorly - have also been dealing with a stiff budget cut, and while the squad remains half-decent, they are not at all motivated at the moment. I've been slightly dismissive of Bromley's challenge this season but they are hooking up some good performances and look like serious contenders. It's quite hard to see past them tonight and a best of 8/15 is slightly further out than I would put it.

The odds on Bromley are rising heavily. They are now around 1.70 at Marathon and some asian markets. Anyone knows why they are going up?

None that I have heard and there doesn't appear to be anything on Twitter, but Corals have just sent Bromley -1 out from 2/1 to 11/5. Maybe there has been movement in Malaysia, which is a concern, although in pure value terms Bromley are now a very attractive play.

Re: England > Midweek > Skrill N & S, Northern, Southern & Ryman Prem Nov 4-6

Dean Holdsworth departing as Chelmsford manager is perhaps why their odds have contracted.
It's no doubt a factor but unless everyone woke up to the fact at some point this morning I don't see it as being a significant one. The club still has the budget issues it had last week.

Personally' date=' cant fathom the drift myself.[/quote'] Holdsworth's departure was public knowledge yesterday and seems unrelated to the drift; Bromley are definitely well into value territory now, given that I thought 8/15 was better than I'd set it when I responded to SimonB this morning.

Re: England > Midweek > Skrill N & S, Northern, Southern & Ryman Prem Nov 4-6

Bromley will win.Sadly i took them at 1.45.Anyway money is money
I'm amazed by the drift, usually teams like that only get shorter during mid-week as there are less matches for people to punt on and they go looking for odds on good things. I know how you feel though it is almost like backing a loser.
