I lost £40 on sat so tried winning it bk doing a £50 fav and had an upset. I want to try stick to staking and avoid this in the future any tips? Primarily, as you will already know but ignored, never chase as it often ends in tears. In simple terms, it takes a while to build a bank/profit. It will also take the same amount of time roughly to rebuild that same bank. We're all different, that's what makes the world go round, so we have different ideas, morals and values. It's these bits that go to make up a person and if they don't really fit into a strategy for betting it can be hard to adjust/change. That change, as with a lot of things in the betting arena, takes discipline. Only you will really know if you have that deep down. We can all kid ourselves one way or the other, but the real truth will show in your bank balance and not in your mind.
