Re: Bundesliga - 9-11 March Mainz v Nürnberg Saturday 10th March 14.30 I like the look of Nuremberg at 4.33 Mainz at home this season: w5/d2/l5 Nuremberg away this season: w4/d1/l7 Mainz last 5 league games 1/3/1 Nuremberg last 5 league games 3/1/1 http://uk.soccerway.com/matches/2012/03/10/germany/bundesliga/1-fsv-mainz-05/1-fc-nurnberg/1122155/ Nuremberg have a reasonable away record, and are in better form than Mainz, having won their last 3 games. I saw some of their game last week, when they beat 3rd-placed Gladbach at home, and deserved to as far as I could see. I think their odds for this game should be much closer to Mainz's than they are - I would have thought fair odds would be say Mainz 2.5 and Nuremberg 3.1. So odds of 4.33 represent good value (compared with 2.05 for Mainz) - currently available with Stan James and Coral. Both sides are mid-table in the Bundesliga, with Nuremberg being 4 points ahead of Mainz. I'm a coward, so I prefer lower risk bets like this one: Double Chance Nuremberg or Draw 1.95 Stan James

Re: Bundesliga - 9-11 March Stuttgart vs 1.FC Kaiserslautern Kaiserslautern scored only 3 goals in last 8 games and they have done it twice in a single match, with Augsburg. Scored just 16 goals in the entire season and 8 times were on away games, 12 played. Stuttgart conceded just 13 goals home in 12 games and managed to keep some clean sheets in last games. They conceded goals only from Monchengaldcah and Bayern. The goal taken from Freiburg might be called as accident. Expect a home side able to secure a clean sheet tonight @ 2.37 with Coral

Re: Bundesliga - 9-11 March Borussia M’gladbach v Freiburg M’gladbach are in third place, only a single point behind second placed Bayern. With a tremendous home record of 8.4.0 and only 8 goals conceded at home, they have a great chance to push for second place when they take on Freiburg. Second from bottom and with a terrible away record of 1.2.8, Freiburg have conceded a whopping 14 goals in their last four away games, each of which ended in defeat. After drawing at home last time out against Hamburg, M’gladbach look set to bounce back with a win here, as they’ve done following the previous three times they’ve drawn at home. Home win. Verdict: Home win - Best Odds 1.57 with unibet

Re: Bundesliga - 9-11 March As a Gladbach fan I wouldn't touch this bet. Since Herrmann is injured, Reus is playinh as a midfielder/winger and not as a striker. Gladbach has lost a lot fire power with Herrmann being unavailable. Furthermore Freiburg has imporved recently, showing strong performances and defensively improved as well. Under in my eyes the better call.

Re: Bundesliga - 9-11 March Gladbach very poor at the moment...watched the HSV game, and today...they are playing terrible...creating very few chances, and not using them...most of the time the ball was in the Gladbach half, the defenders passing it between them...

Result: Mainz 2 Nuremberg 1 Bet lost The tone for this game was set in the first 3 minutes when Mainz hit the post, then scored 2 minutes later - both times the Nuremberg defence did a disappearing act under pressure. Half way through the first half, during another Mainz attack, a lofted shot hit the far post and bounced into the net with the Nuremberg goalkeeper seemingly at fault. Nuremberg got a goal back half way through the second half, but I thought Mainz were easily the better side and the 2-1 scoreline flatters Nuremberg. I'm a bit unsure whether this bet really was good value or whether Nuremberg just had an 'off-day'.
