The matches are spectacular, good to see even if a match ends a 0-0. You never know how is going to end a match. But one thing is certain: since the arrival of Russian Smolentsev, hosts of this match trasnfered many good players. Former Milan and AS Monaco striker, Marco Simone, managed to assemble a team capable of winning points and matches. The Uruguayan defender Kagelmacher from Beerschot , defender Wolf from Werder Bremen, midfielder Barazite from Austria Wien brought with 3 M, excellent midfielder Dirar from Brugge brought with 7.5 M and midfielder Tziolis from Santander. That could lead to few goals. Angers are rubish at the moment and got several good defenders out, while Monaco got 10 new players in. Lens lost some first team defenders but offensive midtfielder Cuvillier are a great newcommer. Nantes lost Serge Gapke who are a great player but they still got good players on the wings. Arles loaned some decent players, which might help them to another season in Ligue 2. Clermont got Landré in. He is a great asset to their defence.
