Re: APAT UK Team Championship - PL Team Selected .... Good Luck

But was he doing all in' date=' 2nd hand into the game, with 10k starting stack, holding A10o, on the flop of AK2 ??? :unsure[/quote'] So because its 10k deep stack you shouldnt be all in,i think your being a bit unfair on al here lets say he folds and guy turns over 67o :puke:puke sometimes you have to go with your gut feeling and as morls says he thought he had ak so had a good hand or so he thought, dont get why everyone seems to criticise al but dont say much to others, unlucky al and chin up mate :ok:ok:ok:ok:ok

Re: APAT UK Team Championship - PL Team Selected .... Good Luck Bloody gutted. I'm sat on the table with 100k I am guessing second highest chips on the table. Blinds 3k and 6k. I raise to 21k. The chip leader on the table holding 120k ish goes all in. He has been raising with rubbish all night and considering he started the day with 240k he donked a lot away. It was an easy call and probably the winner of the pot becomes chip leader. He shows AKo and hits his ace. Pleased with where I finished but disapointed because I feel I could have gone on and finished quite high up. I had a good read on most the players and felt comfortable. I am interested on peoples thoughts should I call with KK with the stack I had against chip leader?

You answered your question yourself.
It was an easy call
You're only asking because you lost the hand - if your Kings had held up you wouldn't think of asking. You were just unlucky - a massive pot was built with you as a big favourite... you can't ask for too much more than that :ok

You did nothing wrong but i think you know that you just got unlucky, you played for the win and that hand on another day may of helped you do that :ok:ok:ok:ok:ok still a good run and well done mate :ok

Re: APAT UK Team Championship - PL Team Selected .... Good Luck Staff, remember what you went all in with just after I got moved next to you?. No?. Cos you won with that. With King's you had to call. As Al had when he went out, you had the best hand when the chips went in the middle. After that its in the lap of the gods. Well played and well done Duncan too. :clap:clap:clap

Re: APAT UK Team Championship - PL Team Selected .... Good Luck As per the others, good call imo given your read and a good spot to double-up against the leak-fish and take it all down. You can only fold if you put him on aces. Don't lose sight of the fact it WAS a great read, you had him dominated and he just luckboxed out. No justice :( but very well played Staff.
