I shall just have a me a fun BTTS score bet I think. Finding it hard to predict what's going to happen this week.
It was a MASSIVE win for Wolves on the weekend whilst nearly everyone else was in FA cup action. It was a simply must win game for us with some tough fixtures coming up and attention now turns back to the chasing pack as the Wolves lads put their feet up tonight and look on. 
I'm going for a Derby win. I know Derby have a history of cracking under pressure in recent years but something seems a bit different about this team to me. Millwall will be tough and we couldn't beat them there on boxing day but I have a feeling Derby will manage to grind this one out.
As for the rest of the promotion hopefuls I'm with you @StevieDay1983 I can see an ultra tight one goal winning affair between Sheff an Villa. I think Villa would be fairly happy with a draw but Sheff know they have to win this to keep up with the pack and not let Villa get away. I'm not anticipating Boro having much trouble with Sheff Weds so they will be piling on the pressure of the top 6 too. Expecting Leeds to fall further away, though. Feels like a draw at Hull to me that does.

I will be watching the Derby match with great interest. They are coming up on us like a train but I expect Bristol will try very hard and grind something out of this one. A draw seems on the cards to me. 
Without looking at stats I believe Wolves have an excellent record against Forest in recent years and I never really know what to expect with this forest team. Beat Arsenal one week and then look so blunt against Villa the next. Wolves haven't been at their best recently and we are all pretty disappointed with a missed opportunity last night in Swansea. I'm hoping we can pick ourselves up for this.
Elsewhere Leeds look like a decent price on paper and although I wouldn't like to take it, I'm expecting Brentford to continue their march up the table at Reading who seem to be in bog trouble if they don't start getting their act together. Tough game for Cardiff I think. Sheff Weds are another one that I never really know what to think of, but I never think goals. So if Cardiff can get a couple they should be safe.

Got my numbers muddled :)) Its a 5 figure profit I aim for! 2017 profit was close to £2.6k and a package to Morocco next week! Limited volume but family life is 1st priority   Hopefully I can bring the trophy home and achieve my target!

This Burton versus Sunderland game is going to tell us a lot about the task Coleman has ahead of him. As a Welshman, I can tell you he's an excellent man manager but he's borderline clueless tactically. Wales were at their best when Coleman had Trollope as his number two. Trollope was awful for Cardiff as manager but he's a superb assistant manager. I think Coleman needs a wise head behind him otherwise his stirring words and banter will only get him so far. I agree. The odds do not truly reflect how tough this will be for the Black Cats.

What a couple of days! I won another UK tour ticket and was unfortunate to come 4th in one of the sunday mini majors for another £180 when I raised the blinds from the button with A10, A5 pushed on me and rivered a 5.
Not just winning but also playing really well. Defo back on track and heading in the right direction. As mentioned I plan to expand these posts and put a bit more info from next week but for now I'm going to go have a celebratory whisky and chill!

You went for Locadia? What a signing that would have been! I'll be interested to see what action you take in January. I'm also interested to see how Reading do between now and January. They've not built on last season as much as they'd have hoped. I started the season backing them a lot but avoid them at the moment.

My mate (a fellow Cardiff fan) and I agree that we think unless Sheffield United invest over January then they'll slip away. I'd still back them to make the play-offs. I have since the start of the season. Teams that win League 1 with a decent manager often compete the next year through momentum. I think they've done well but it's a long season. Can they keep up with the likes of us, Wolves, Middlesbrough, Aston Villa, and Derby? I think Bristol City are another one that might fade. That said, our squad isn't the biggest but we've still stayed up there despite being injury plagued for the last 2 months.
There's been no speculation about how much Warnock would have to spend in January and I can't imagine Tan will part with more than £1m - £2m. However, the reason we went up as champions a few years back was because we bought Fraizer Campbell in January. His goals proved crucial. We need a player to have a similar impact this season. Bogle has shown he can score when he's not getting sent off! Ward has shown potential but needs the games he won't get with Zohore here. I'd like to see more depth in midfield come in. I think we still need competition for Hoilett and Mendez-Laing out wide plus someone to back up Gunnarsson because we've missed him big time.
I agree though mate, I think you'll beat Reading. You're by far the best team in this division right now with the best squad. Going to take something miraculous to pip you to the title.

Successful predictions with Bolton and Brentford and Wolves got a comfy win. Good midweek for me.
As for Friday night, I think any time Wolves are at home and evens are above it's going to be a very popular acca inclusion. This league has a funny way of throwing weird results up all the time but I would be very disappointed if we didn't beat Fulham tomorrow.
Elsewhere Barnsley look a good price. Will say it again, regardless of my dislike for them, Birmingham just do not look like a team that's going to be in anything other than a relegation scrap. I believe Barnsley are better than their league position suggests and have got some decent results recently especially in the games against those in and around them.
Think I'd take Villa at that price too but don't like the look of much else. Tough game to call for you @StevieDay1983

With the tight stacks I believe that calling is absolutely the correct play , as chances are your not going to get a hand that strong again before finding yourself with a really short stack. 
I don't mind shoving preflop with some strong pairs like Jacks & Queens in this spot has every pick up of the blinds is massive at this stage of the tournament and even if we get called we have good equity vs our opponents calling ranges honestly I probably shove Kings as well to be fair. And mix it up with Aces between min-raising and shoving. 

Right. I need motivation and I've just noticed that Sky's UKOPS starts tomorrow. As a rule Sky isn't really giving me much motivation to play there but I thought it was worth trying to qualify for a few of these. SO THIS THREAD LIVES AGAIN!
Also, I have bankroll on Unibet. So although sharkscope won't track it for me I will put a summary at the end of the day in here and add it to the overall profit / loss of this thread. 
I am only planning to play sats in both clients, unless I unlock tokens for some other format, and the target tournaments those sats feed into.
As a side note - is anyone going to Unibet tour Manchester from here? Brighton is this weekend but I can't make it so going Manchester instead.

Brentford looked better of late but not sure they will have enough here. Narrow Preston win.

Days 47, 48, 49 - £1903 profit
Well. Had a nasty losing day yesterday but that's no surprise considering the win I had the night before. I won a forum comp on Sky to the £110 highroller and took 4th place (AK to AJ final hand noooooooooo) but it was good for £883
I thought I played excellent especially given the conditions it was under. You see, I can promise you no one has ever cashed in that event under the circumstances I was faced with. I have entered that comp every day this month and the first time I win it was on my mates birthday celebrations. We planned to go to Rileys for a few games of pool and then on to a rock club. So, there was me switching between phone and pool cue and later on headbanging as I was raising all in on my way to a highroller final table! There was also much alcohol involved so I dare say my thoughts about my 'excellent' play are exaggerated
Still - I was certain I could complete this challenge and felt I was good enough to consistently profit and this has got me right back on track! My only annoyance is that Sharkscope doesn't show that it was a free £110 seat so my profit is worse off than it should be! People say I moan too much....

 

Day 54  - £1801 profit
Just an update to say I'm still around! Have hardly played at all. Started playing again last couple of days but on a different site to try win a live package. Loving being back so might be back doing a few on Sky too.

Completely agree with this. Can't see why Brentford are the favourites here. Admittedly Ipswich haven't played that well in any of their wins but they have that winning habit having won 4 out of 4 so far this season. They've also got in form strikers in Waghorn, Garner and McGoldrick which is priceless.
This same fixture was played in early March last season and Bet365 had it was priced up as;
Ipswich - 2.38
Draw - 3.4
Brentford - 3.2
Now I'm not sure of the form going into that game but you can bet Ipswich didn't have the form they currently do. Massive value in this one IMO.
So with that in mind I fancy Ipswich again @ 2.88 Marathon Bet (3pts)

Liking the look of the Ipswich price. I don't expect them to keep up their good start and be in the running come the end of the season but they are scoring goals and Brentford have got off to a pretty torrid start. Can't understand them being favorites. Bit of value in that IMO.

Thanks Avongirl. I will be back! The last couple months I have switched to Unibet to try and get on their UK tour and happy to say I have qualified for their Nottingham date end of August if anyone else is around to say hello. Was great to see Sky announced some UK tour dates again but unfortunately I'm holiday for them.
