Back Tommy Haas (+4.5) to beat Jo-Wilfried Tsonga for a 7/10 stake at 1.72 with Paddy Power
Back Fabio Fognini to beat Paul-Henri Mathieu for a 7/10 stake at 1.57 with Betway
Back Ivo Karlovic (-2.5) to beat Sergiy Stakhovsky for a 7/10 stake at 2.02 with Unibet
Can't win them all unfortunately and a bad day had to come at some point after so many good ones, 0/3 on Tuesday. Three for me tomorrow - Haas should be able to put up some solid resistance against Tsonga in the Vienna conditions, Fognini should be too strong for the out-of-form Mathieu (who lost to Arnaboldi last time out), and the ultra-consistent Karlovic should also be able to get the job done against Stakhovsky.

    Anna-Lena Friedsam to beat Johanna Larsson bet365 @ 2.20
Anna-Lena Friedsam +1.5 sets to beat Johanna Larsson @ 1.45
Surprised to see such longer odds on Friedsam. She has been serving very well this week and is better around the net than Larsson. Larsson was lucky that Brengle had very little plan B and some of the questionable positioning during yesterday went unpunished (some out of place second serve and run to net leaving her exposed in the middle of the court). Brengle's game is about making you play until a mistake but Friedsam will be looking to attack and it will put Larsson under pressure and she isn't the mentally strongest player
Freidsam may have been beaten by Larsson on clay in the head to head record (6-3 7-5... not so emphatic) but overall Freidsam has been more consistent indoors than Larsson throughout their careers. I'm happy to back Friedsam on this one

Brazil Serie A Corinthians - Goias

A win for Atletico Mineiro last night saw them close to within two points of Corinthians at the top of the table and the leaders will want to extend that back up to five by following suit this evening. The top two will have clear priorities ahead of their meeting in Belo Horizonte in 17 days time, AMG will be looking to reduce the deficit to three or less, Corinthians will want to make the trip with as big an advantage as possible, but definitely 4 points +, which would take the pressure off that potentially title deciding game.

The hosts have been very solid against bottom ten teams, posting a 7-0-0 record at home with a 16-1 goal difference, winning five by 2+ goals, on the road they are 5-3-0 versus the same teams and remember how difficult it is to win away in Brazil, that means that they have collected 2.6 pts per game when playing any bottom ten side and are keeping a clean sheet in 67% of those meetings. Gois are in trouble, two points from safety, they are not yet a lost cause, as the four teams directly above them are all within three points,  they are going to have to up their game , but I doubt it will be in fixtures like this, or Sunday's trip to Santos which will ultimately decide their fate, but how they fare against the other strugglers and in all home starts from now on in. Corinthians have scored five goals in two of the last three h2h meetings in SP and whilst that might not be possible this evening, I do expect another two goal win . Since early June when Corinthians hit their stride, they are 8-1-0 next time out when coming off a draw or defeat , they get a couple of defenders back tonight who were not available for the 2-2 draw at Ponte Preta last time out and it is difficult to see Goias stopping another bounce back performance. Also returning from international duty and named as starters are Gil and Renato Augusto, they should have been three up at PP before some very sloppy and un-Corinthians like defending let the home side take the lead and we can expect a far more professional and disciplined showing this evening and with so many more options, a comfortable win.

    Corinthians -1.25 ball 2.25 asian line/Sportmarket.

Back Stanislas Wawrinka (-2.5) to beat Marin Cilic for a 7/10 stake at 2.00 with Paddy Power
Back Rafael Nadal to beat Milos Raonic for a 7/10 stake at 1.62 with BetVictor
Back Novak Djokovic (-5.5) to beat Feliciano Lopez for a 7/10 stake at 1.66 with Paddy Power
Three favourites for me tomorrow. Wawrinka has a 8-2 record against Cilic and is playing better than him at the moment as well, Nadal is also looking better than Raonic at the moment, and Djokovic just looks unstoppable, crushing just everyone. If he was able to crush Isner's serve last week, he should be able to outplay Lopez easily here as well.

Back Fabio Fognini to beat Rafael Nadal for a 7/10 stake at 2.62 with Paddy Power
Back Novak Djokovic (-5.5) to beat David Ferrer for a 7/10 stake at 1.75 with Betway
Two winners yesterday, with both Ferrer and Djokovic winning very easily. I expect the latter to win very easily tomorrow as well, Ferrer is an excellent match-up for him and fatigue could also play a role with the Spaniard playing way too much tennis over the last two weeks. As far as the first match is concerned, I pretty much see it as a 50/50 coin-flip, with much depending on which Fognini turns up. The 2.62 that's on offer for the Italian therefore looks like value to me.

I absolutely second both tips from Czech. But since he stole them, I need to post something else  Sorry guys, I'm way too tired therefore not going to add much comment.
Back Stan Wawrinka (-1.5 sets) to beat Gilles Muller at 2.25 with Pinnacle
Wawrinka tends to play his best tennis in the final stages of the tournaments, and in all honesty I don't see how Muller could trouble him tomorrow.
Back Benoit Paire (+1.5 sets) to beat Kei Nishikori at 2.20 with Pinnacle
Paire looking pretty good this week, he should be well able to steal a set from the home guy. Maybe a smaller stake on first set winner at 3.75 with Ladbrokes also worth a shot.
Over 2.5 sets on Gabrine Muguruza vs Agnieska Radwanska at 2.25 with Bet365
I was looking at both women semis from Bejing and I think both will end in a 3 setter, but wanted to choose only one of them. Voted on this one, Aga Radwanska is finally showing her class again, while Muguruza is in great form as well. Neither of them will be able to win in straight sets in my opinion.

Back Fabio Fognini to beat David Goffin for a 7/10 stake at 3.10 with Unibet
Back John Isner (-1.5 sets) to beat John Millman for a 7/10 stake at 1.76 with Unibet
Slightly unlucky with Nadal I'd say, but I won't complain too much with Cuevas winning at brilliant odds. Two for me on Thursday. Firstly, Fognini looks too big against Goffin, there isn't a big gap between the two quality-wise and I don't believe that the surface should be seen as an important factor here. Secondly, I think that Isner won't have much trouble against Millman, so I quite like the 1.76 that's on offer for the 2-0 scoreline.

Back Rafael Nadal (-4) to beat Vasek Pospisil for a 7/10 stake at 1.75 with Betway
Massive odds for Cuevas tomorrow, can't ignore that. Berdych might be tired, with questionable motivation, and Cuevas isn't a pure clay-courter by any means. 8.00 is just too much, seriously. Meanwhile, I also fancy Nadal to get the job done rather easily tomorrow. Pospisil not playing too well at the moment and he won't be able to play as freely as Di Wu I presume.

Back Nick Kyrgios (-1.5) to beat Ivo Karlovic for a 7/10 stake at 1.91 with Betway
Dimitrov got a bit lucky today, I wouldn't rate the win too highly though. Becker in good form at the moment, has already beaten two strong players here, all in all, I quite fancy him on the +4 games handicap. Kyrgios should also be too strong for Karlovic if the latter plays like he did against Basilashvili, was really poor in that one, not even holding his serve as easily as one would expect him to.

Can't say much about that match really, although perhaps Estrella is indeed too big above 3.00, he can play on slowish hard courts. Bolelli is the better player still, but I wouldn't want to back him at 1.33 or so here. That's about it from me on this match, haven't seen either guy in action recently. For tomorrow:
Back Nikoloz Basilashvili (+3.5) to beat Ivo Karlovic for a 7/10 stake at 1.66 with Paddy Power
Back Joao Sousa to beat Michal Przysiezny for a 7/10 stake at 1.45 with BetVictor
Sousa should be way too strong for Przysiezny even despite the trip, the Pole really is dreadful these days, I even saw him in the Davis Cup and wasn't impressed one bit. In the evening session, I quite fancy Basilashvili to give Karlovic a good fight in these fast conditions. The match is likely to be decided by a few errors and the 3.5 games line looks good to me.

Back N.Almagro/M.Baghdatis - Over 22.5 games for a 7/10 stake at 1.83 with Paddy Power
Two bets for me tomorrow. The first one is on Radek Stepanek, a guy that I still rate much higher than Yuichi Sugita, especially after what I've seen from him in the Davis Cup tie he played in India. Secondly, I quite fancy the overs in the match between Baghdatis and Almagro. Two experienced campaigners that are both much better on the serve than on the return, neither in a particularly great form, yep, that certainly looks like an overish match to me.

Back Francoise Abanda Total Games - Under 7.5 for a 7/10 stake at 2.00 with Paddy Power Back Maria Irigoyen Total Games - Under 8.5 for a 7/10 stake at 1.72 with Paddy Power Back Paula Kania to beat An-Sophie Mestach for a 5/10 stake at 3.60 with BetVictor Abanda and Irigoyen both with plenty of issues, both struggling at the moment and the surface isn't going to do much for Irigoyen either, so I expect them to fold fairly easily more often than not. On the other hand, Kania looks like a pretty live underdog to me, wouldn't have her above the 3.00 mark. Mestach is slightly better in most aspects, but she's not incredibly better in any of them, so I'll have a smallish punt on Kania to take the lead in the H2H today. Fancy both Fognini and Kukushkin, bot have looked rather good so far, while Nadal has looked very average and I don't know much about Cilic, not tested yet though definitely. Finally, even though Ferrer isn't at his standard just yet, he's getting there and he has a 7-1 record against Chardy, so he looks worth a shot to me at 1.53. 2 MORE PICKS FOR US OPEN Keys TO DEFEAT Smitkova BY 2:0 SETS @ 1.38 on pinnaclesports (betfair has 1.41-1.42) Should be an easy win for the very much in form Keys over Smitkova. Keys seems to be well recovered and fit which is the main thing for her. Pennetta is a good counterattacking player, will defend well and force Gajdosova into a lot of errors Djokovic -9.5 games handicap TO DEFEAT Haider-Maurer @ 1.47 on pinnaclesports Djokovic looked very well yesterday. Should be another easy win for him. Federer TO DEFEAT Mayer BY 3:0 SETS @ 1.34 on pinnaclesports Federer is obviously on top of his game and will try to finish the match quickly. Mayer has a good serve so a potential for some close games but should be an easy win for Federer

I hope not. Schwartzman and Ilhan are the must picks for me today as far as the underdogs are concerned, really don't know why the odds aren't the other way around, Ymer is nothing special on the hard courts and Stepanek is just in a bad form generally. Marchenko should also have a shot against Monfils, who's been playing average tennis recently, especially after coming through the qualifiers. Finally, Cecchinato was crushed by Bedene last week and I expect to see something similar today with the over-motivated Fish on the other side of the net. I would also like to say a Big Thank You to Czech Punter! He is a superb punter who not only gives great tips but good opinions and background information. Same here as well, I wasn't so interested in tennis before, only soccer but now, I enjoy watching tennis and reading different things about the players too! There are always ups and downs in betting! It is up to yourself whether you follow others or not so you have to take the responsibility! Anyway, thanks again to Czech Punter and lots of support to you too! Good luck with your bets today! As you said, Mondays are quite bad these few weeks heehee but it doesn't matter, you will be up again in no time! Thanks for your effort!x

Back Lukas Rosol to beat Jerzy Janowicz for a 7/10 stake at 2.10 with Bet365 Back Malek Jaziri to beat Viktor Troicki for a 7/10 stake at 3.20 with 10Bet Back Frances Tiafoe (+4.5) to beat Thomaz Bellucci for a 7/10 stake at 1.90 with Bet365 Rosol has never been worse than Janowicz in my opinion, so happy to take him at odds against. He beat the Pole in the finals here last year and is in the better form of the two as well, so there you go. Troicki is on a five-match losing streak, so to have Jaziri above 3.00 just looks wrong to me, he's not a bad player by any stretch of imagination. Finally, Belluci is rarely comfortable in the early rounds, so I fancy the talented Tiafoe to cover the 4.5 games handicap much more often than not. Back Aleksandr Dolgopolov (+1.5 sets) to beat Novak Djokovic for a 7/10 stake at 2.87 with Paddy Power Back Roger Federer to beat Andy Murray for a 7/10 stake at 1.56 with Unibet The match bets might have lost, but Svitolina won the 25/1 punt for us, so that's good. Federer to beat Murray today, can't see the Scot scoring another comeback win, especially with the Swiss number one flying so high. Djokovic should also beat Dolgopolov, but the Ukrainian has already taken a set off him on two separate occasions and the Serb hasn't been at his best so far this week, so perhaps we're going to see another tight match for him. The odds on the Dolgopolov outright do look appealing, but he's choked so many matches against the top guys that I simply cannot bring myself to back him. Back Feliciano Lopez (+2.5) to beat Milos Raonic for a 7/10 stake at 2.06 with Unibet Back Leonardo Mayer to beat Kevin Anderson for a 7/10 stake at 2.80 with BetVictor Back Borna Coric to beat Alexander Zverev for a 7/10 stake at 2.20 with Betway Haven't had a good Monday for a while now, but the rest of the weeks are compensating for that well, so there you go. Three for me today, all above evens. Anderson is still stuck after the loss against Djokovic, so Mayer looks worth a punt at 2.80, not a big gap between the two right now. Lopez has always been able to trouble Raonic and the Canadian looked very average last week, so I'm happy to give the handicap a go. Finally, we could have a start of a big rivalry in Coric-Zverev. Today, I'll go with Coric - not only is he priced above evens, but I also think that Zverev is actually a pretty decent match-up for him. Radwanska vs Schmieldova I really love what this game has to offer in terms of sheer value. Radwanska has not really been dangerous all through this season except for Wimbledon where she tried to serve some sort of notice that was subsequently revoked by Muguruza. Since wimbledon, she has really been good to average losing in three sets to Kerber at Stanford and most recently to halep at Toronto. Schmieldova has been slowly creeping under the radar showing tremendous form on clay winning in Bucharest and reaching the semis in Bad Gastein. I have seen her many a time play on hard courts and believes she can replicate this form. ?She has begun here by brushing aside talented wild card Townsend and roughed up Govortsova amidst remaining in first gear. The h2h record with Radwanska remains at 0-1 where Radwanska won this year in Maimi 6-4 7-5. It was a match that ended up being much closer than the score suggested as Schmieldova at one time looked like running away with the second set of that exciting match. The handicap here is 5.5 Schmieldova which I really think is too much of a head start. Schmieldova came overnight from 5/1 to 7/2 after strong support. Really and truly, I never like backing market moves of this sort which always spells danger. However my instincts are telling me otherwise especially considering the additional and most important factor. It has been made the last match of the evening by the organizers. I find this quite compelling. I really think Schmieldova can do much more....like winning a set.....and possibly winning the match. Good luck everyone!!!!!!!!
