richard galbraith
Nishikori to win the 2nd quarter for a 2/10 stake @ 13/8 Cilic has injury concerns whilst Dimitrov has been in poor form. Tsonga not what he used to be and Nishikori should be full of confidence after his recent title victory. CzechPunter
CzechPunter
Back Roger Federer to win the US Open 2015 for a 5/10 stake at 5.00 with Betway Back Andy Murray to win the 3rd quarter for a 8/10 stake at 1.66 with Paddy Power Back Kei Nishikori to win the 2nd quarter for a 7/10 stake at 2.62 with Paddy Power Back Who Will Go the Furthest? - Gasquet (vs. Tsonga) for a 7/10 stake at 1.72 with Bet365 Back Who Will Go the Furthest? - Dimitrov (vs. Raonic) for a 7/10 stake at 1.83 with Bet365 Fancy Federer after what he's done in Cincinnati, that's the short summary. Murray and Nishikori should win their quarters more often than not for obvious reasons. Gasquet seems to be in a much better spot than Tsonga at the moment, Tsonga really feels very vulnerable, so I'll back Gasquet to go better than his compatriot. I don't rate Dimitrov as highly as Raonic, but his route is much easier early on, so chances are that he's actually going to go farther than the Canadian this time around. CzechPunter
Back Elina Svitolina to win the US Open 2015 for a 0.5/10 stake at 301.00 with Unibet Back Who Will Go the Furthest? - Kerber (vs. Muguruza) for a 7/10 stake at 2.75 with Bet365 Back Who Will Go the Furthest? - Bencic (vs. Sharapova) for a 7/10 stake at 2.10 with Bet365 Back Flavia Pennetta to win the 3rd quarter for a 1/10 stake at 21.00 with Bet365 Just a couple of side-bets for me here apart from the wild punt on Svitolina at massive odds. Kerber is much better than Muguruza right now, so I fancy her to go further even despite the tougher route, Muguruza really can lose to anyone these days. Also happy to go with the in-form Bencic over the out-of-form Sharapova that hasn't played for quite a while now. Finally, a small punt on Pennetta, who can turn it on for the big events and who's in a quarter full of streaky players. CzechPunter
Back Diego Sebastian Schwartzman to beat Elias Ymer for a 8/10 stake at 2.40 with BetVictor Back Marsel Ilhan to beat Radek Stepanek for a 8/10 stake at 2.50 with Betway Back I.Marchenko/G.Monfils - Over 3.5 sets for a 7/10 stake at 2.50 with Paddy Power Back Ilya Marchenko to beat Gael Monfils for a 2/10 stake at 8.50 with Paddy Power Back Mardy Fish (-6.5) to beat Marco Cecchinato for a 8/10 stake at 1.90 with Paddy Power Another awful Monday? I hope not. Schwartzman and Ilhan are the must picks for me today as far as the underdogs are concerned, really don't know why the odds aren't the other way around, Ymer is nothing special on the hard courts and Stepanek is just in a bad form generally. Marchenko should also have a shot against Monfils, who's been playing average tennis recently, especially after coming through the qualifiers. Finally, Cecchinato was crushed by Bedene last week and I expect to see something similar today with the over-motivated Fish on the other side of the net. WinningTipster
3 PICKS FOR US OPEN Mannarino TO DEFEAT Kravchuk @ 1.33 on pinnaclesports Mannarino is just a better player Kravchuk has a good serve but not much else. Vinci TO DEFEAT King BY 2:0 SETS @ 1.46 on pinnaclesports Should be an easy win for the very much in form Vinci over Vania King who just played two matches in the last 12 months. CzechPunter
Back Jurgen Melzer to beat Denis Kudla for a 8/10 stake at 3.00 with BetVictor Back Frances Tiafoe (+5.5) to beat Viktor Troicki for a 8/10 stake at 1.89 with Unibet Back H.Chung/J.Duckworth - Over 3.5 sets for a 8/10 stake at 1.66 with Bet365 Slightly unlucky yesterday, but a tidy profit nonetheless and that's what counts first and foremost. Three match bets for me today - Melzer is still capable of beating someone like Kudla, so I'm happy to back him at 3.00, that's a big price for a match like this. Tiafoe can also seriously trouble the out-of-form Troicki that has lost six in a row recently. Finally, can't see the Chung-Duckworth match being a straightforward affair, so I'll go for the overs there. Chung is slightly better, but Duckworth is the more experienced guy of the two and that should result in a fairly balanced encounter. owenclass
Who thinks Sam Groth at 5/2 has a great chance of beating Tommy Robredo also i was going to write up the bet for Nadal to win in overs and to win 3-1 but i could not do it as the site said they were doing maintenance to the website and i had to wait two hours
owenclass
Sam Groth vs Tommy Robredo over 39.5 games 4/5 paddy power Groth to win 5/2 paddy power This is going to be long match as these two love playing the long matches as Groth is the big server there wont be many breaks of serve so i think they maybe a few tie breaks but i guarantee that each player will at least win a set If Groth plays like he can he has great chance of winning this in five sets

CzechPunter
Back Mardy Fish (+4.5) to beat Feliciano Lopez for a 8/10 stake at 1.96 with Unibet Back M.Kukushkin/G.Dimitrov - Over 3.5 sets for a 8/10 stake at 2.00 with Paddy Power Back F.Verdasco/M.Raonic - Over 3.5 sets for a 8/10 stake at 1.57 with Bet365 Tuesday was completely neutral with Melzer's win covering up the other two losing bets, so there you go. Today, I fancy Fish to give Lopez a very good game considering the situation and that he had a good record against the Spaniard before he had to semi-retire. Kukushkin should also be good for a set against Dimitrov, he's much stronger than Ebden, while I just can't see an easy win for either player in Verdasco-Raonic. There's a big rivalry going on between them and Raonic is certainly not on the top of his game right now, so I expect to see a tight match. CzechPunter
Back J.Melzer/T.Berdych - Over 3.5 sets for a 8/10 stake at 2.75 with Paddy Power Back Nicolas Mahut to beat Guillermo Garcia-Lopez for a 8/10 stake at 1.90 with BetVictor Back Lukas Rosol to beat Philipp Kohlschreiber for a 7/10 stake at 3.50 with Bet365 Wednesday looking good already, I'll go with these three on Thursday. Mahut in a much better form than GGL and he also has a 3-0 record against the Spaniard, so he definitely looks worth a punt. Berdych has become really shaky recently, while Melzer has steadied the ship somewhat, so I expect a tight match that could easily go over three sets. Finally, my gut feeling tells me that Rosol is worth a bet at anything over 3.00, although I don't have anything "reasonable" to back it up with, apart from the fact that Kohlschreiber didn't look to be at his best against Zverev in the previous round. owenclass
US Open Day five preview : Here are my selections for todays matches Milos Raonic vs Feliciano Lopez over 41.5 games 4/5 paddy power over 3.5 sets 4/7 paddy power Lopez to win 5/4 paddy power These two are probably going to play the longest match of the tournament as there is nothing between these two as they are so evenly matched There wont be many breaks of serve as both of them serve great so we will see a few tie breaks and i would not be surprised it goes to five sets Marin Cilic vs Mikhail Kukushkin over 35.5 games 4/5 paddy power over 3.5 sets 4/5 paddy power This is another match that could go the distance as well as Cilic has not been that impressive in the early rounds so i think his opponent can make it tough for him as he beat Dimitrov in the last round so he is a very tough player to beat Petra Cetkovska vs Caroline Wozniacki over 18.5 games 8/11 paddy power over 2.5 sets 5/2 paddy power Well i think what happens with Wozniacki in Grand slam she seems to struggle in a match and this could be the one as her opponent is a very good player so she has to play well to beat her Elina Svitolina vs Ekertina Makarova over 21.5 games 8/11 paddy power over 2.5 sets 5/4 paddy power I like the look of this match as it could go either way and whoever win this could go all the way to the final Svitolina has improved so much that she is a conrtender in these grand slams and her opponent is a top player who is consistent in these type of events and will be hard to beat Belinda Bencic vs Venus Williams over 21.5 games 4/5 paddy power over 2.5 sets 5/4 paddy power It looked like Bencic was going to get knocked out in the last round but she dug deep and now she faces Venus who will be tough and this should go all the way Eugenie Bouchard vs Daniela Cibulkova over 21.5 games 8/11 paddy power over 2.5 sets 5/4 paddy power It seems that Bouchard is slowly getting back to her best but she will be facing her toughest test yet as her opponent also seems to be playing great so we could see a great match and we hope both of them play well Madison Keys vs Agniezska Radwanska over 21.5 games 4/5 paddy power over 2.5 sets 5/4 paddy power Well im hoping this bet comes through as it is either one of these players dont play well but i dont think this will happen this time as i think this is a great chance for one these two to go far in the tournament CzechPunter
CzechPunter
Back F.Fognini/R.Nadal - Over 3.5 sets for a 8/10 stake at 1.80 with Paddy Power Back M.Kukushkin/M.Cilic - Over 3.5 sets for a 8/10 stake at 1.83 with Paddy Power Back David Ferrer to beat Jeremy Chardy for a 8/10 stake at 1.53 with Unibet First bad day, hope it was the last as well. Fancy both Fognini and Kukushkin, bot have looked rather good so far, while Nadal has looked very average and I don't know much about Cilic, not tested yet though definitely. Finally, even though Ferrer isn't at his standard just yet, he's getting there and he has a 7-1 record against Chardy, so he looks worth a shot to me at 1.53. CzechPunter
Back John Isner (-3.5) to beat Jiri Vesely for a 8/10 stake at 1.66 with Paddy Power Back Roger Federer (-7.5) to beat Philipp Kohlschreiber for a 8/10 stake at 1.80 with Paddy Power Back T.Bellucci/A.Murray - Over 3.5 sets for a 8/10 stake at 3.20 with Paddy Power I have the Vesely's win over Karlovic down as a fluke pretty much, so Isner should beat him without many issues I'd say. Federer should also be way too strong for Kohlschreiber, the contrast in their forms is simply immense right now. Finally, since Bellucci is quite like Mannarino in many ways, I think that a set could be well within the Brazilian's range on Saturday. I can't see him winning, as he's not very resilient under pressure, but he can play explosive tennis and we all know how well that worked against Murray in the previous round. Two explosive players with little consistency, that's bound to be an overs match. Fognini is better than Lopez and the win over Nadal should give him a good boost, so I think that he's worth a punt at odds against. Finally, Bautista-Agut is a sweet match-up for Djokovic, so I expect the Serb to bounce back with a very easy win after the tight match he played against Seppi. jpffc
I don't post to much in the tennis section but I've been following the whole Serena saga. I noticed that she's not been at her best so far in this tournament. I looked at the odds for her next match a few days ago and noticed she was at 1.14 which I believe is an indication that something is up. In tennis it's regular to see big favourites impossible to bet at 1.04 1.01 etc but at 1.14 it's a little high. Looking at the odds again today she's drifted to 1.20. From a little reading about Madison she seems like she's playing in form and has a chance. At 4.50 their could be an upset and I'm happy to get involved. Her last meeting with Serena she got close and forced a tiebreaker. She's got every chance of being competitive. Madison Keys to win @ 4.50 Tiebreaker in match yes @ 3.75 Serena to win by 2 sets to 1 @ 4.00 (cover) B365 Good luck CzechPunter

CzechPunter
Back D.Young/S.Wawrinka - Over 33.5 games for a 8/10 stake at 1.83 with Paddy Power Back T.Berdych/R.Gasquet - Under 40.5 games for a 8/10 stake at 1.88 with Unibet Back Flavia Pennetta to beat Samantha Stosur for a 8/10 stake at 1.83 with BetVictor Simply awful lately, bad luck with retirements as well since the very first day, hoping to bounce back nonetheless. Young is in good form right now, perhaps even the form of his life, so the 33.5 games line should get covered more often than not in my opinion. Gasquet and Berdych are yet to play an incredibly tight match against each other and I hope that this trend is going to continue on Monday as well. Finally, Pennetta has a 7-0 record against Stosur, so I would have her around the 1.57 mark here, not at 1.83.
