Dudi Sela to beat (-2.5 sets) Marcel Granollers at 2.25 with bet365
Dudi got himself exactly the preparation he wanted ahead of Wimbledon winning the Nottingham challenger where he beat everyone in straight sets except Copil in the semis who gave up after losing first set and Thomas Fabbiano in the final who he beat by 2-1. Marcel has only played one match ahead of Wimbledon and that was against Nedovyesov on clay so he's got zero preparation ahead of Wimbledon. Tells me that he's only here to collect the first round prize money. They met in Australian open first round this season and Dudi won that one by 3-1. Going to be different this time around since Marcel is lacking in his preparations and this time it's a surface Marcel clearly doesn't like. Dudi wins and it's likely to be 3-0.

Odds, already dropped a lot, but I would think Soylu/Wongteanchai should prevail over Minella/Sevastova in the doubles. Minella lost easily against Schiavone yesterday (nice prediction by CzechPunter) and afterwards revealed she is more than four months pregnant. I doubt she want to take any risks here and is partly just at Wimbledon to collect the first round prize money.

Aljaz Bedene to beat Ivo Karlovic at 2.75 with bet365
Karlovic have played well lately on grass where his serve comes best to use. But he's also at the end of his career and faces a player who he's been having some big problems against losing three out of three but twice retired after losing first set. Anyway Bedene has had a great year so far and I think he may very well continue with a decent run in Wimbledon starting by knocking out Dr. Ivo.

Novak Djokovic (vs. Andy Murray) at 2.20 with Bet365
Murray has played exactly zero good matches on grass so far in this season and he's having some hip issues by the looks of things as well, so I wouldn't have him as the underdog in this particular match-up. Djokovic isn't likely to win outright, but one has to respect his win in Eastbourne.

Back Kristyna Pliskova to beat Roberta Vinci at 1.71 with Pinnacle
Vinci has never had it easy in Wimbledon and this is a tough R1 pairing given the form Pliskova is in. The H2H also suggests that the Czech should have the upper hand in this.
Back R.S.Dutra/B.Paire - Over 3.5 sets at 2.00 with Paddy Power
You just never know with Paire, do you? Meanwhile, Dutra is one of those players that works hard in every single match, so chances are that this won't be over in three sets.
Back Kai-Chen Chang (+1.5 sets) to beat Qiang Wang at 1.80 with Sbobet
5 matches between the two and Chang lost 0-2 in only one of those, so these odds look worth taking to me, especially since Wang hasn't played since the French Open.
Back Lukas Rosol (-1.5 sets) to beat Henri Laaksonen at 1.55 with Sbobet
Back Andrew Whittington (-1.5 sets) to beat Thiago Monteiro at 1.50 with Sbobet
Both Monteiro and Laaksonen are poor on grass, while Rosol and Whittington went through the quallies here. Shouldn't be too hard.
    Back A.Murray/A.Bublik - Over 3.5 sets at 3.25 with Bet365
Good price given Murray's problems. I don't expect Bublik to have a shot at winning, but he can play freely given the Lucky Loser situation and he's quite dangerous on grass, so I wouldn't be surprised to see Murray dropping a set somewhere.
Back Thomas Fabbiano (+2.5 sets) to beat Sam Querrey at 1.74 with Pinnacle
Querrey was massive back in Rome, but he's gone off the boil since then, while Fabbiano is very much the in-form man at the moment, having gone far in both Nottingham and Eastbourne. He got some nice results against big servers in those tournaments, so he should take a set here much more often than not as well.
Back M.Fucsovics/G.Muller - Over 3.5 sets at 2.10 with Paddy Power
Plenty of big serves will be on offer here and I'd expect to see at least a couple of TBs as well, so this could easily go to the distance. Both guys have some form to build on as well, which is a detail that can only help.
Back M.Cilic/P.Kohlschreiber - Over 3.5 sets at 2.00 with Paddy Power
Kohli tends to be a tough customer for guys that rely on serve a lot, so I expect him to win at least a set. Cilic is in a great form at the moment and I fully expect him to win, but he doesn't have too many easy wins over the German.

My tip of the day tomorrow:
    Shapovalov-Janowicz.
Both players I have often pursued in the grass season. We start with the young Shapovalov. Already in the last year with great results on Grass. These victories against Edmund and a strong performance against Berdych. Of the Pole with a victory against Dimitrov. The game I've seen. As the game has won, it does not know itself. Almost no single return point. Then only with defeats. Against Skugor he even lost 2-0.

The serve is, of course, a weapon. but otherwise? Backward weak. When the ball is in play, it has clear drawbacks. At a best of five, I am convinced that Jano will weaken the service one time or another.
For me the Pole is never favorite.
    Shapovalov win 2,0

10-1 RECORD FROM THE START OF THE GRASS COURT SEASON!

    3 PICKS FOR WIMBLEDON MATCHES:

WTA: KVITOVA -6 GAMES OVER LARRSON @ 1.51 pinnacle
Kvitova is my opinion one of the top 3 favorites to win the Wimbledon title. Larsson's game is not for grass courts.

WTA: WATSON -4 GAMES OVER ZANEVSKA @ 1.53 pinnacle
Watson played very well last week, she is a good grass court player.

ATP: JOHNSON -8 GAMES OVER KICKER @ 1.74 pinnacle
Kicker is just a typical clay court player. Johnson has a good game for grass. Easy win for Johnson expected.

Tatjana Maria/Anastasia Potapova over 2.5 sets at 2.37 with bet365
Tatjana Maria will be a difficult opponent for teenager Anastasia Potapova. Tatjana just yesterday won the final against clayplayer Irina Camelia Begu in the short warmup event for Wimbledon in Southsea on grass. Tatjana is a player for fast surfaces so she will defenitely be hard to beat and she's experienced. About Anastasia there's not mutch more to say then what I previously wrote about her when she was about to face Elizaveta Kulichkova but she's got nerves that showed in her last match when she dropped a 5-2 lead and three matchpoints and she's still only 16 years old. But I still count on Anastasia to play good enough for a set early on or later during the match but her nerves might be to mutch for a win. She still hasn't dropped a set in the qualies and it doesn't feel like she will go out in straight sets either with her talent in mind.
What feels most lucrative is the over 2.5 sets compared to over 21.5 games. I'll go for the biggest risk that may very well happen.

Adrian Mannarino to beat Yuichi Sugita at 1.80 with bet365
Mannarino are acctually the better of these two. Can't belive in Yuichi to notch his first ATP title on grass against such a good grassplayer that Adrian acctually is. Yuichi has played well on the grass so far ofcourse but his run to the final was as easy as it gets. Matt Ebden -> David Ferrer -> Dan Altmaier -> retireing Baggy
That compared to Adrians road to the final beating far better players in Borna Coric -> Mo Safwat -> Nando Verdasco -> Andreas Seppi.
Only Mo Safwat is the easier part of Adrians draw. So all in all I belive he takes the title.

Back Karolina Pliskova to beat Caroline Wozniacki at 1.70 with Pinnacle
Pliskova tends to be very reliable in the finals and the day off isn't going to hurt either, so I think that the 1.70 that's on offer is worth taking. Wozniacki has been better than expected, but Pliskova should be a much tougher test than Halep on this surface.

Now @CzechPunter I think you might get a chance to see Anastasia play as it's likely to be cameras on the courts in the maindraw. Only court 11 had cameras in the qualies.

I've got my idea that she's an enormous talent winning her first Wimbledon junior championship only 15 years old and everything seems to work out well for her. Looking at her statistics she's having a quite good first serve winning 61% of her first serve points against Cagla Buyukakcay. She got broken 4 times to but broke Cagla 6 times so it went pretty well for her. As I've written I think it might be a great win for Anastasia. She knows she can handle the surface and it doesn't seem like Elizaveta likes grass at all skipping the grass season completely in 2013, 2014 and 2016. She's only played in Wimbledon once when her ranking was good enough for the maindraw and she beat Yanina Wickmayer by 10-8 in the decider and after that got beaten by Madison Keys in straight sets.

Anastasia Potapova to beat Elizaveta Kulichkova at 2.62 with bet365
Why is current junior no.1 Anastasia Potapova priced 2.62 against Elizaveta Kulichova? I mean she's good and coming strong now. I'd beware of this girl because she's got some great skills. Elizaveta has no form at all last two seasons and she's still looking for her big breakthrough. I think Potapova wins this and she might also do some damage in the maindraw.
Anastasia Potapova as a junior 15 years old is the reigning  Wimbledon junior championships champion and Nike Junior International Roehampton champion which is played just a week before Wimbledon junior championships in 2016 and Roehampton is where the Wimbledon qualifiers are played. She also reached the quarter final in Wimbledon junior championships at her first attempt in 2015 14 years old. Now she's 16 and as I said she's coming strong here. I strongly believe she will beat Elizaveta Kulichkova who only has played in the Wimbledon junior championships once in 2012 and she went out in the second round. Anastasia outclassed everyone in straight sets in last seasons Wimbledon junior championships including Kayla Day in the semis who she beat by 5-7 6-2 6-0. I think we might have an unpolished grass diamond in Anastasia.

Shuai Peng to beat Timea Bacsinszky at 1.83 with bet365
I think Timea isn't a player for grass. She does her best work on hardcourts and clay. Shuai has a 2-0 lead head to head over Timea winning on hard both times 2011 and 2012. Both players are equal right now but I think the surface fits the chinese a little bit better and she took care of Fran Schiavone easily in straight sets in her first grass match of the season. With no match on grass since last season Timea will have problems to deal with. Last season she had a bye in Eastbourne just like this season and she lost her first match then against Kristina Mladenovic. Under mentioned circumstances I have to try a bet on the chinese here.

    Indeed, what a joke.....!!

I like Donald Young -3,5 @1,92 for today.
Young is on a good form. He went to QF at Queens being defeated by Cilic.
Donaldson is clearly not a grass player. He only plays one or two games per year on this surface. Last year, he played only one and it was against.... Young at Newport and he lots 6/1 6/3. Last week, he lost 6/1 7/5 against Kamke at Queens...
    I expect an easy win.

Thanasi Kokkinakis to beat Daniil Medvedev at 2.25 with Paddypower
Thanasi can win this as I believe he is a better player then Daniil who isn't in form either and Thanasi badly needs the ranking points. For Daniil, beating a bad grassplayer as Robin Haase in three sets doesn't count to me. Thanasis win over Mikhail Youzhny doesn't count either since the russian is in really bad form for many months now but what counts is the talent which Thanasi has and I think he's got more talent than Daniil. Thanasi also has come back quite strong by taking a set off Kei Nishikori in RG and he played really well then. As I see it this is a 50/50 matchup so I'm going with the underdog who badly needs every win he can get on his protected ranking.
Magdalena Rybarikova to beat Alison Riske at 1.66 with Paddypower
Head-to-head reads 2-0 for Magdalena and form is also on her side. Alison plays only her second match of the season on grass and she will have problems with this in form opponent. Magdalena is 17-1 in her last 18 matches and has only dropped 3 sets along the way. Two of the sets she lost where in her loss to Mariana Duque Mariño in Roland Garros and clay isn't her best surface anyway.
Alexandr Dolgopolov to beat Vasek Pospisil at 1.72 with Paddypower
Alexandr does have more in store for this tournament I believe as he's played well enough to reach a quarter final. He's beaten Vasek before on hard in Acapulco 2014 by 6-2 6-2 and can undoubtly do it again. Even though the surface will give Vasek a good chance to hold his serve until tie-break or break of serve and not get broken back this is a match Alexandr can win even if he drops a set somehow.
Feliciano Lopez to beat (-1.5 sets) Jeremy Chardy at 2.37 with Paddypower
They've met once on grass in Eastbourne and that time Feli won in straight sets and he showed here that he's dangerous enough on grass again by beating Gilles Simon by 6-3 6-3. Feli hasn't had any greater season so far but grass is always a surface that can give him momentum and some good ranking points. Hoping for Feli to catch some grassform and to win this in straight sets as it is the most logical bet to be taken even though Jeremy served excellent in his last match against Flo Mayer.
