Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends Very early days for the flat JTW - imagine what you will do when it settles down :ok
-
Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends :clap simply awesome :clap
-
Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends Great results JTW - and good to see your national picks - I narrowed it down to the same 3 and in that order too - bother na looks a possible and hedgehunter could place despite a troubled preperation - IMHO
-
Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends I'll take a non selection day over a pushing to find a winner any day !!

Re: Return to Oz and the Michael Wray Experiment. :clap Looks like a full house there Merlin :clap
-
Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends Was a good call again despite the result - I only mentioned it because you've put in it your running yield results as a double loss.
-
Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends Was just the 1 selection JTW - Sericana ?

Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends Almost the same price for a betfair place on Annie's Answer as the win on Barber's Shop.

Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends
Would have worked for these last 2 races as well mate - maybe an option for the future ??why 0h why didn't i just go for the obvious and nominate whatever started FAV :spank -
Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends Was a great breakdown nonetheless - a choice of 2 and the wrong one picked - was very strange though Tara's Queen drifted dramatically from 2/1 fav in the morning to 9/2 somebody knew something.

Re: Quick System :drums And another one for the pot Ralphie :drums

Re: Fleet's UK Footie Trebles *TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED* Thoughts are with you FF - Been there, done that, got the T-shirt - it will work out better for you in the long run just doesnt feel like it right now.

Re: JTW1's Specialisation - Trends :clap Awesome results :clap Yield = (your total profit / by the total amount staked) x 100 So current yield woud be (126.32 / 160) x 100 = 78.95% Brilliant by any standards.

Re: Quick System :clap You beauty - sent off at 9/2 as well :clap
-
Re: Quick System Nice one Ralphie - Price was a bit shorter than expected but still a winner
-
Re: Return to Oz and the Michael Wray Experiment. Two steps forward and one step back - still a nice profit shown Merlin -stick with it :ok

Re: The Times "Finktank" predictions Rob, I found the times software to be the best of the three indicators listed above over all selections for a season - Also I found that laying the away team (when a strong home team selection was made) was the most profitable method - rarely did the away team win but the draw scuppered many selections which the lay method covers. Maybe a good formulae for a thread if anybody wants to start this going - the cut off we found best was > 48%

Re: Return to Oz and the Michael Wray Experiment. :clap Looks like another good result there Merlin :clap

Re: Quick System Nice one Ralphie - got some money back from him beating "happy as larry" the other day.

Re: odd/even total goals. +5.7% yield. 263 bets. Nice going muppet - you're multiplying that edge nicely.
-
Re: Slapdash systems 2006 Rafa - this has been asked a few times on this thread for similar reasons, also because people have not wanted to open accounts with various bookies and have their money spread around. Have a look back on this thread as I think somebody did all the calcs and showed a profit could still be made. Slapdash is showing a +25% yield and is looking for e/w prices with a 20% advantage from the bookies over betfair - If betdaq are offering better prices than betfair - then it's still possible to gain an edge albeit reduced.

Re: My Oddsline for L1 & L2 Interesting stats there stephen - are they typically reflective ?
