well I’ve been mad busy and only just getting around to posting

I was on Sea Fox, disappointed frankly.

also on Attain though, so... swings & roundabouts

had a wee nibble at Tawaafoq in the 4:35 to come back into form :)

Even if it does the fav holds it!!!  I’ve doubled Porrima  up with Tyrell in the 4.20 last night(only small)

  2. 6.45 Chelmsford - St Mary’s - 6/1 betting without fav Ocean of Love.

I was swearing at the telly a little when this horse came last at Southwell as a contact of mine  said it could run at this specialist course. Now running on a more suited track we are going in again. But we also heard that the fav will be gambled. So betting without it!

I’ve been discussing Lingfield with a few betting chums! This is my 3 bets so far.

I have a free bet in the 1.45 Lingfield so due to the speed angle I’m playing each way on Towerlands Park.

In the 2.55 I’ve now backed Atletico at 9/4. I put Encore in detention after it’s last run and on form with Gracious John Atletico should have the beating of Encore. I am covering this though.

In the 3.30 I’ve heard they expect Headway to win today so this is my main bet at an eye catching 6/4.

Lol why have I got a bad feeling about today’s racing!!!!

Im not to far from Southend FC! A good vibe that they will win today.

2:55 Lingfield   Encore d' or  4/1 William Hill

Won this race last year and ran well back here last time after been in Meydan. Ryan Moore stays with him again and although 5lb higher mark than last year he has a good draw and must have a chance, although a bit tight with weights.

Did win a Donny listed last year off 104 on soft

I tipped this last week as I heard it was running well. It came to win the race and then couldn’t go through with it and didn’t go past. I would give it one more shot! Watch it at the end of the race to see if it wants to win this time! I’ve got 2 horses on my list with the same attitude!

    440 Plumpton

    Soulsaver 100/30 PP

Hopefully Plumpton will escape this bad weather that is coming our way. A tricky looking day to be honest but I have to provide a Nap so i'm going with Soulsaver with a couple of nagging doubts it has to be said.

Firstly the yard also run the paper fav Double Accord, he's been struggling over fences recently so would normally be happy to take him on. Noel Fehily has been booked to ride him and we have Aidan Coleman. I'm purely guessing but he did ride it last time so thats probably the reason he's on it again. I wouldn't know if Honeyball gave either the choice, its not a great situation.
Secondly the horse is going markedly up in trip, he has been over 2m5 before so its not like its asking too much but not ideal to jump from 2m to 3m. On my figures we have a bit in hand so looks worth the risk at the prices.

Mmmm I did back Mickey Blue Eyes purely as it could get the distance!!!

    455 Fontwell

    Quiz Master 5/1 PP

With the Tizzard yard going well this could be the day Quiz Master gets his reward for some very consistent performances. One of his best runs this season was here over C/D on decent ground. He runs off the same mark as last time when a good third at Chepstow in the mud and looks like a solid EW bet to nothing.

Thanks for the steer, I totally agreed and had a decent bet! It helped the fav had a stinker!

Interesting pick! I was talking to my friend the other night! Ones a professional gambler, and an accountant. We was talking about not backing chasers each way in certain races as you lose double the money if it falls over! I’m seeing less bookmakers offering faller insurance. I didn’t ask him how he decides on what races he chooses to not back each way! Take your bet above for example! It’s not a bet for nothing if it falls over!

Apologies your race is a Hurdle race which we wasn’t talking about, more chasers! An interesting topic though!

    2.05 Lingfield

    Encore D’or

I’ve no info on this one so I’m taking a chance. They have got it fit by running it at Meydan twice. It clearly has the best previous form. But it’s a risk I’m willing to take at 6/1.

Close but no cigar! Didn’t look like it wanted it!!!!

    3.55 Newcastle

    Master of Irony

Holds some decent entries. A tricky little race which I’m willing to take a chance on. My main bet to win at 3/1.

A non runner! I agree with Billy that we have a lot of good racing but not a lot of info to place a solid bet. Most of the pay tipsters will be giving there usual ‘go down the Atr speed ratings and pick a few’ have a look! Then they say they have stable information. It made me laugh the other day, one tipster said they had stable info and it was my best friends girlfriends yard and she said not to get involved as it hadn’t been working well!

Hi guys had a big whisper for this today, COMPATRIOT in the 5.40 at Wolverhampton around 6/4 was as big as 5/2 last night, they reckon the hcap ,ark of 52 is laughable and should be in the 70's can run up a sequence over the next month, been bought out of JJ Murphy Yard in Ireland were he ran well in  £6K races without winning, looks well in here, they have also bought over MISS L O NEILL from Gordon Elliott Yard to ride it in this amateur riders race.

Does everyone get the same emailed tipsters on here??????

    7.50 Kempton

    Jumping Jack 7/1 Betfair

One for AW later, noted this one running over a longer trip and always remembered him from his Richard Hughes days, on closer inspection he was sold to go hurdling with Chris Gordon, to be honest I couldn't believe he'd stay that far. Anyway he ran well last time over 10f and now dropping back in trip could be worth a second look for a yard who are flying.

Good luck with this one, I’ve heard a couple of people are on Manchego! So maybe a saver on it!
