Accrington Stanley - Ipswich @2.4
Accrington won against Colchester in the first round before cruising past Cheltenham.
Having picked up just two wins in the first half of their Championship campaign, a cup competition is likely to be the last thing on the minds of Ipswich’s players. Ipswich have shown very little sign of improvement under Paul Lambert and suffered defeats (without scoring!) to Nottingham Forest, Stoke, QPR and Middlesbrough in December.

From my experience, I can only sing praises about the Poker Stars support. Not the company as such but their Support Department.
If you're unsure, you can always contact them via another contact method/email address/phone, in order to double check the information they provided you with.

The same happened to me. You had probably played Spin n Go's with a bunch of colluding players.

I'm all over Norwich (@2.1)as well, still, as it often happens during midweek English football, the typical first vs last (but one) in the table often delivers a surprise outcome. Please don't blame me if I jinxed it
I also support Sheffied Wednesday (@1.96) tonight which might sound strange for a side winless in six matches but they were unlucky to lose 2-1 to Derby last weekend and drew 0-0 with strong Sheffield United earlier. They have a great chance to get back to winning ways tonight as they host Bolton who have scored just two goals and got two points in their last eight matches.

In this round I like Portsmouth, Sunderland, Luton and Colchester. Possibly Oxford as well.
The one that stands out is Pompey @1.9 who have failed to follow up a draw or loss with a victory on only one of seven occasions this season.
Sunderland@2 had won six in a row prior to last weekend’s draw.
Luton @1.8 have scored two goals or more in nine of their last ten games and have won seven of their nine matches against sides in the bottom half. Gillingham played a FA Cup replay at Hartlepool on Wednesday, including extra time so might lack the fresh legs for this one.
Colchester @2.2 are a beast at home (most home wins and home goals in League Two) while Exeter are winless in 5 and have a significant number of injuries.
Oxford United @2.25 are unbeaten in eight games, keeping six clean sheets and this week they face 23rd-placed Bradford, who have lost seven of nine home games.

Bulgaria - Slovenia
The hosts get my support here. Bulgaria can only blame themselves for not winning their last game away at Cyprus (having dominated the entire game) and now they find themselves equal on points with Norway. Both teams won their corresponding fixture 1-0 at home, which means the goal difference will be taken into consideration in order to estimate their final positions within the group. Bulgaria is currently trailing Norway by 1 goal, which may develop into a corrensponding goal feast today.
Who's got the better chance to rack up some goals: Bulgaria at home vs Slovenia or Norway away at Cyprus?
No matter what happens, Slovenia will get relegated to the group D, which makes me think they might as well play with a 2nd string of players, probably test a new formation or simply take the foot off the gas pedal. It would take a brave men to call Bulgaria a goalscoring machine since the last time they scored more than 2 goals in a game was vs Luxembourg (4-3, 2016) and Malta (6-0, 2013). Other than that they showed kind of minimalistic approach. Still, based on their performance at Cypus I got the feeling they still care and want to get promoted and Slovenia might be put to the sword tonight.
Cyprus - Norway
Cyprus can still survive in the group C (as not the worst 3rd placed team from all the groups) as long as they at least macht the result of Montenegro vs Romania. To put it short, they still have something to play for. History is not on their side though, they lost all(!) of their international games vs Norway (9 in total), with the Scandis scoring at least twice on each occasion.
