I'm well aware that this is Chung's first match back from injury and thus there is a large degree of risk involved in this bet. However, besides going out to Haase in the first round of the Madrid Masters (when he was clearly injured), he has won a few matches in other tournaments he has played, making the quarter-finals of the Miami and Indian Wells Masters. Laslo Djere to beat Maximilian Marterer at 2.10 with Bet365
Marterer is unstable player, and clay is not he's favourite surface. He lost very easily on clay in previous 2-3 months to Maden, Martin and Carballes Baena, similar level players like Djere. In first round, Djere was very solid and eliminated Cuevas, while German had problems with Serdarusic, local mediocre player. I think it will be a close match, and Djere could win it.
Irina Maria Bara to beat Polona Hercog at 2.55 with betfair
Bara is a typical clay courter, has home crowd support on her side, and a few nice wins in qualies and round 1 (Zavatska, Cadantu, Tomova). Hercog is not an easy opponent, but can be prone to unforced errors, she had some trouble with Ruse in round 1. They played one match so far, last year also on clay, and Bara won in two sets. I think it's worth a try.

with both players scoring fantastic straight set wins over no less than Thiem (Sugita) and Tsitsipas (Kudla) I expect this to be a close match.
I doubt either player will get a better chance of a high level semi final shot this season than what's on offer today.

This looks like a good opportunity for an upset.
Witthoeft has lost her last six matches, the last five without winning a set including one against her opponent today just four weeks ago and also against WTA 256 Fiona Ferro at the French Open.
Wildcard Schoofs is playing quite well, will have home advantage and a mental edge so worth a punt I believe.

Going to tail you on this bet. What swung it for me was that she has played Witthoeft only a few weeks ago and won, so I think she should be able to do it again, regardless of her inexperience on grass. I feel she should have a "memory" of how to beat Witthoeft.

Pick: Muguruza to win @ 1.75.
I was very impressed with Muguruza's demolition of Stosur. When Muguruza is in the zone, few, if any, can beat her. Sharapova, of course, was also impressive against Pliskova, but from what I recall of that game, Pliskova wasn't near her best tennis.
Muguruza hasn't won against Sharapova, but the last match was in 2014 and Muguruza has made large improvements to her game since then, so I am willing to not factor in the head to head here.
